必以我言藏於爾心、誌於爾衷、繫於手、服於顙、以為記錄。

當用各樣的智慧，把基督的道豐豐富富的存在心裏，用詩篇、讚美詩、靈歌，彼此教導，互相勸戒，以感恩的心歌頌神。

我今日吩咐你的這些話都要記在心上，也要殷勤教導你的兒女。無論你坐在家裏，走在路上，躺下，起來，都要吟誦。要繫在手上作記號，戴在額上作經匣；又要寫在你房屋的門框上和你的城門上。

親愛的，我現在寫給你們的是第二封信。在這兩封信裏，我都提醒你們，激發你們真誠的心，要你們記得聖先知預先所說的話和主－救主的命令，就是使徒所傳給你們的。

我將你的話藏在心裏，免得我得罪你。

雖然你們已經知道這些事，並且在你們已有的真道上得到堅固，我還是要常常提醒你們這些事。

我兒啊，不要忘記我的教誨，你的心要謹守我的命令，

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作紀念，使耶和華的教導常在你口中，因為耶和華用大能的手將你從埃及領出來。

遵守我的命令就得存活，謹守我的教誨，好像保護眼中的瞳人。要繫在你指頭上，刻在你心版上。

我兒啊，要遵守你父親的命令，不可離棄你母親的教誨。要常掛在你心上，繫在你頸項上。你行走，她必引導你，你躺臥，她必保護你，你睡醒，她必與你談論。因為誡命是燈，教誨是光，管教的責備是生命的道，

對他們說：「我今日以這一切話警戒你們，你們都要記在心中，要吩咐你們的子孫謹守遵行這律法上一切的話。

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作經匣，因為耶和華用大能的手將我們從埃及領出來。』」

所以，我們必須越發注意所聽見的道，免得我們隨流失去。

他們所做的一切事都是要讓人看見，所以把佩戴的經匣加寬了，衣裳的繸子加長了，
