当用各样的智慧，把基督的道丰丰富富的存在心里，用诗篇、赞美诗、灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，以感恩的心歌颂神。

我今日吩咐你的这些话都要记在心上，也要殷勤教导你的儿女。无论你坐在家里，走在路上，躺下，起来，都要吟诵。要系在手上作记号，戴在额上作经匣；又要写在你房屋的门框上和你的城门上。

亲爱的，我现在写给你们的是第二封信。在这两封信里，我都提醒你们，激发你们真诚的心，要你们记得圣先知预先所说的话和主—救主的命令，就是使徒所传给你们的。

我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。

虽然你们已经知道这些事，并且在你们已有的真道上得到坚固，我还是要常常提醒你们这些事。

我儿啊，不要忘记我的教诲，你的心要谨守我的命令，

这要在你手上作记号，在你额上作纪念，使耶和华的教导常在你口中，因为耶和华用大能的手将你从埃及领出来。

遵守我的命令就得存活，谨守我的教诲，好像保护眼中的瞳人。要系在你指头上，刻在你心版上。

我儿啊，要遵守你父亲的命令，不可离弃你母亲的教诲。要常挂在你心上，系在你颈项上。你行走，她必引导你，你躺卧，她必保护你，你睡醒，她必与你谈论。因为诫命是灯，教诲是光，管教的责备是生命的道，

对他们说：“我今日以这一切话警戒你们，你们都要记在心中，要吩咐你们的子孙谨守遵行这律法上一切的话。

这要在你手上作记号，在你额上作经匣，因为耶和华用大能的手将我们从埃及领出来。’”

所以，我们必须越发注意所听见的道，免得我们随流失去。

他们所做的一切事都是要让人看见，所以把佩戴的经匣加宽了，衣裳的䍁子加长了，
