「那時，我對你們說，『我無法獨自承擔管理你們的重任，

“那時，我曾經對你們說：‘你們的重擔，我獨自一人無法擔當。

『那時我對你們說：「你們的事、我獨自擔當不起。

當時我告爾曰、我不能獨負爾任、

當時我嘗有言、爾之上帝耶和華、既使爾昌熾、如天星之眾多、我無所能獨當斯任、

當時我告爾曰、我獨力不能當爾之任、

At that time I said to you,“ You are too heavy a burden for me to carry alone.

At that time I spoke to you. I said,“ You are too heavy a load for me to carry alone.

“ At that time I said to you,‘ I am not able to bear you by myself.

Moses continued,“ At that time I told you,‘ You are too great a burden for me to carry all by myself.

“ I said to you at that time: I can’t bear the responsibility for you on my own.

“ And I spoke to you at that time, saying:‘ I alone am not able to bear you.

And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

“ I said to you at that time: I can’t bear the responsibility for you on my own.

And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

I also said to you at that time,“ I am no longer able to sustain you by myself.

I spoke to you at that time, saying,“ I am not able to bear you myself alone.

You will surely wear out, both yourself and these people who are with you, because the task is too heavy for you; you cannot do it alone.

Then I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take away some of the Spirit who is upon you, and put Him upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, so that you will not bear it by yourself.

So Moses said to the Lord,“ Why have You been so hard on Your servant? And why have I not found favor in Your sight, that You have put the burden of all this people on me?Was it I who conceived all this people? Or did I give birth to them, that You should say to me,‘ Carry them in your arms, as a nurse carries a nursing infant, to the land which You swore to their fathers’?Where am I to get meat to give to all this people? For they weep before me, saying,‘ Give us meat so that we may eat!’I am not able to carry all this people by myself, because it is too burdensome for me.
