『那時我對你們說：「你們的事、我獨自擔當不起。

當時我告爾曰、我不能獨負爾任、

當時我嘗有言、爾之上帝耶和華、既使爾昌熾、如天星之眾多、我無所能獨當斯任、

當時我告爾曰、我獨力不能當爾之任、

At that time I said to you,“ You are too heavy a burden for me to carry alone.

Moses continued,“ At that time I told you,‘ You are too great a burden for me to carry all by myself.

“ And I spoke to you at that time, saying,‘ I am not able to endure you alone.

“ And I spoke to you at that time, saying:‘ I alone am not able to bear you.

And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

“ I said to you at that time: I can’t bear the responsibility for you on my own.

I also said to you at that time,“ I am no longer able to sustain you by myself.

I spoke to you at that time, saying,“ I am not able to bear you myself alone.

“ You will certainly wear out both yourself and these people who are with you, because the task is too heavy for you. You can’t do it alone.

Then I will come down and speak with you there. I will take some of the Spirit who is on you and put the Spirit on them. They will help you bear the burden of the people, so that you do not have to bear it by yourself.

So Moses asked the LORD,“ Why have you brought such trouble on your servant? Why are you angry with me, and why do you burden me with all these people?Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth so you should tell me,‘ Carry them at your breast, as a nursing mother carries a baby,’ to the land that you swore to give their ancestors?Where can I get meat to give all these people? For they are weeping to me,‘ Give us meat to eat!’I can’t carry all these people by myself. They are too much for me.
