我祖之上帝耶和華、踐其前言、錫土於爾、當前往得之、毋驚毋畏。

視哉、主爾之天主賜爾之地、俱於爾前、當循主爾祖之天主所諭爾之命、前往得之為業、毋驚懼、毋膽怯、

See, the Lord your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Look! He has placed the land in front of you. Go and occupy it as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has promised you. Don’t be afraid! Don’t be discouraged!’

我岂没有吩咐你吗？你当刚强壮胆，不要惧怕，也不要惊惶，因为你无论往哪里去，耶和华你的上帝必与你同在。”

耶和华若喜爱我们，就必领我们进入那地，把这流奶与蜜之地赐给我们。但你们不可背叛耶和华，也不要怕那地的百姓，因为他们是我们的食物。保护他们的已经离开他们，耶和华却与我们同在。不要怕他们！”

所以，我们可以勇敢地说：“主是我的帮助，我必不惧怕。人能把我怎么样呢？”

上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我生命的保障，我还惧谁呢？那作恶的就是我的仇敌，前来吃我肉的时候就绊跌仆倒。虽有军队安营攻击我，我的心也不害怕；虽然兴起战争攻击我，我仍旧安稳。

“你出去与仇敌作战，若看见马匹、战车，以及比你更多的士兵，不要怕他们，因为领你出埃及地的耶和华—你的上帝与你同在。

你当刚强壮胆，因为你必使这百姓承受那地为业，就是我向他们列祖起誓要给他们的地。

迦勒在摩西面前安抚百姓，说：“我们立刻上去得那地吧！我们必能征服它。”

你们这小群，不要惧怕，因为你们的父乐意把国赐给你们。

你不要害怕，因为我与你同在；不要惊惶，因为我是你的上帝。我必坚固你，帮助你，用我公义的右手扶持你。

雅各啊，创造你的耶和华，以色列啊，造成你的那位，现在如此说：“你不要害怕，因为我救赎了你；我曾提你的名召你，你是属我的。你从水中经过，我必与你同在，你渡过江河，水必不漫过你；你在火中行走，也不被烧伤，火焰必不烧着你身。
