看哪，永恆主你的上帝已將那地擺在你面前；你要照永恆主你列祖的上帝所告訴你的上去，取得那地以為業；不要怕，不要驚慌。」

試觀爾上帝耶和華備斯土於爾前、當循爾祖之上帝耶和華言、前往據之、毋懼毋怯、

我祖之上帝耶和華、踐其前言、錫土於爾、當前往得之、毋驚毋畏。

視哉、主爾之天主賜爾之地、俱於爾前、當循主爾祖之天主所諭爾之命、前往得之為業、毋驚懼、毋膽怯、

See, the Lord your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Look! He has placed the land in front of you. Go and occupy it as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has promised you. Don’t be afraid! Don’t be discouraged!’

我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶；因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華－你的神必與你同在。」

耶和華若喜悅我們，就必將我們領進那地，把地賜給我們；那地原是流奶與蜜之地。但你們不可背叛耶和華，也不要怕那地的居民；因為他們是我們的食物，並且蔭庇他們的已經離開他們。有耶和華與我們同在，不要怕他們！」

所以我們可以放膽說：主是幫助我的，我必不懼怕；人能把我怎麼樣呢？

神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

耶和華是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我還怕誰呢？耶和華是我性命的保障，我還懼誰呢？那作惡的就是我的仇敵，前來吃我肉的時候就絆跌仆倒。雖有軍兵安營攻擊我，我的心也不害怕；雖然興起刀兵攻擊我，我必仍舊安穩。

「你出去與仇敵爭戰的時候，看見馬匹、車輛，並有比你多的人民，不要怕他們，因為領你出埃及地的耶和華－你神與你同在。

你當剛強壯膽！因為你必使這百姓承受那地為業，就是我向他們列祖起誓應許賜給他們的地。

迦勒在摩西面前安撫百姓，說：「我們立刻上去得那地吧！我們足能得勝。」

你們這小羣，不要懼怕，因為你們的父樂意把國賜給你們。

你不要害怕，因為我與你同在；不要驚惶，因為我是你的神。我必堅固你，我必幫助你；我必用我公義的右手扶持你。

雅各啊，創造你的耶和華，以色列啊，造成你的那位，現在如此說：你不要害怕！因為我救贖了你。我曾提你的名召你，你是屬我的。你從水中經過，我必與你同在；你蹚過江河，水必不漫過你；你從火中行過，必不被燒，火焰也不着在你身上。
