我命士師云、聽訟於宗族賓旅間、以正理為折中、

當時我命爾士師曰、爾聽訟於同族人間、或於同族人與外邦客旅間、當以公義判斷、

And I charged your judges at that time,“ Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

Here is what I commanded your judges at that time. I said,“ Listen to your people’s cases when they argue with one another. Judge them fairly. It doesn’t matter whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and an outsider living among you.

And I charged your judges at that time,‘ Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the alien who is with him.

“ At that time I instructed the judges,‘ You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or his resident alien.

“ Then I ordered your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your fellow countrymen and judge righteously between a person and his fellow countryman, or the stranger who is with him.

“ Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the sojourner that is with him.

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or a foreign resident.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear[ the causes] between your brethren, and judge righteously between[ every] man and his brother, and the stranger[ that is] with him.

I furthermore admonished your judges at that time that they should pay attention to issues among your fellow citizens and judge fairly, whether between one citizen and another or a citizen and a resident foreigner.

I commanded your judges at that time, saying,“ Hear cases between your brothers and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the foreigner who is living with him.

不可按外貌斷定是非，總要按公平斷定是非。」

不管是寄居的是本地人，同歸一例。我是耶和華－你們的神。」

「你要在耶和華－你神所賜的各城裏，按着各支派設立審判官和官長。他們必按公義的審判判斷百姓。不可屈枉正直；不可看人的外貌。也不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫智慧人的眼變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。

當遠離虛假的事。不可殺無辜和有義的人，因我必不以惡人為義。不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫明眼人變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。「不可欺壓寄居的；因為你們在埃及地作過寄居的，知道寄居的心。」

他為孤兒寡婦伸冤，又憐愛寄居的，賜給他衣食。所以你們要憐愛寄居的，因為你們在埃及地也作過寄居的。

我在神和基督耶穌並蒙揀選的天使面前囑咐你：要遵守這些話，不可存成見，行事也不可有偏心。

你要囑咐那些今世富足的人，不要自高，也不要倚靠無定的錢財；只要倚靠那厚賜百物給我們享受的神。

使他站在祭司以利亞撒和全會眾面前，囑咐他，

耶和華對摩西說：「你的死期臨近了；要召約書亞來，你們二人站在會幕裏，我好囑咐他。」於是摩西和約書亞去站在會幕裏。

世人哪，你們默然不語，真合公義嗎？施行審判，豈按正直嗎？

「困苦窮乏的雇工，無論是你的弟兄或是在你城裏寄居的，你不可欺負他。

不可隨眾行惡；不可在爭訟的事上隨眾偏行，作見證屈枉正直；也不可在爭訟的事上偏護窮人。

對他們說：「你們辦事應當謹慎；因為你們判斷不是為人，乃是為耶和華。判斷的時候，他必與你們同在。現在你們應當敬畏耶和華，謹慎辦事；因為耶和華－我們的神沒有不義，不偏待人，也不受賄賂。」約沙法從利未人和祭司，並以色列族長中派定人，在耶路撒冷為耶和華判斷，聽民間的爭訟，就回耶路撒冷去了。約沙法囑咐他們說：「你們當敬畏耶和華，忠心誠實辦事。住在各城裏你們的弟兄，若有爭訟的事來到你們這裏，或為流血，或犯律法、誡命、律例、典章，你們要警戒他們，免得他們得罪耶和華，以致他的忿怒臨到你們和你們的弟兄；這樣行，你們就沒有罪了。

「你們施行審判，不可行不義；不可偏護窮人，也不可重看有勢力的人，只要按着公義審判你的鄰舍。

「不可虧負寄居的，也不可欺壓他，因為你們在埃及地也作過寄居的。

以色列的神、以色列的磐石曉諭我說：那以公義治理人民的，敬畏神執掌權柄，

當日，摩西囑咐百姓說：

你們也曉得，我們怎樣勸勉你們，安慰你們，囑咐你們各人，好像父親待自己的兒女一樣，
