「當時，我吩咐你們的審判官說：『你們聽訟，無論是弟兄之間的訴訟，或與寄居者之間的訴訟，都要秉公判斷。

那時我吩咐你們的審判官說：「你們在同族弟兄中聽訟，無論是人跟同族弟兄有爭訟，還是人跟同住的外僑有爭訟，你們都要按着公義而判斷。

當時我命爾士師曰、爾聽訟、或人與宗族、或人與賓旅、當秉公以行鞫、

我命士師云、聽訟於宗族賓旅間、以正理為折中、

當時我命爾士師曰、爾聽訟於同族人間、或於同族人與外邦客旅間、當以公義判斷、

And I charged your judges at that time,“ Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

Here is what I commanded your judges at that time. I said,“ Listen to your people’s cases when they argue with one another. Judge them fairly. It doesn’t matter whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and an outsider living among you.

And I charged your judges at that time,‘ Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the alien who is with him.

“ At that time I instructed the judges,‘ You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or his resident alien.

“ Then I ordered your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your fellow countrymen and judge righteously between a person and his fellow countryman, or the stranger who is with him.

“ Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the sojourner that is with him.

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or a foreign resident.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear[ the causes] between your brethren, and judge righteously between[ every] man and his brother, and the stranger[ that is] with him.

I furthermore admonished your judges at that time that they should pay attention to issues among your fellow citizens and judge fairly, whether between one citizen and another or a citizen and a resident foreigner.

I commanded your judges at that time, saying,“ Hear cases between your brothers and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the foreigner who is living with him.

不要根據外表來斷定是非，要按公義的原則判斷。」

不論是以色列人還是外族人，都要遵守這些律法。我是你們的上帝耶和華。」

「要在你們的上帝耶和華將要賜給你們的各城中，按支派委任審判官及其他官員。官員們要秉公審判，不可徇私枉法、偏心待人，收受賄賂，因為賄賂能蒙蔽智者的眼睛，使正直人顛倒是非。

不可誣告別人，不可殺害正直無辜的人，因為我必懲罰作惡之人。不可收受賄賂，因為賄賂蒙蔽人的眼目，使人顛倒是非。不可欺凌在你們中間寄居的人，因為你們也曾經在埃及寄居，知道身在異鄉的滋味。

祂為孤兒寡婦主持公道，關愛寄居者，供給他們衣食。所以，你們要愛寄居者，因為你們也曾寄居埃及。

我在上帝和主耶穌基督以及蒙揀選的眾天使面前吩咐你：要遵行這些話，不要有成見，不要偏心；

你要勸誡那些今世富足的人不要高傲，也不要冀望於靠不住的錢財，要信靠將萬物厚賜給我們享用的上帝。

讓他站在以利亞撒祭司和全體會眾面前，當著他們的面任命他做首領，

耶和華對摩西說：「你快要離世了。叫約書亞與你一起到會幕，我要委派他。」摩西和約書亞就去了會幕。

你們做官長的主持公道嗎？你們的審判公正嗎？

「不可欺壓窮苦的雇工，不論他們是你們的同胞，還是住在你們城中的外族人。

不可隨眾行惡。在法庭作證時不可附和多數人，顛倒是非。在訴訟的事上不可偏袒窮人。

對他們說：「你們辦事必須謹慎，因為你們不是為人而是為耶和華斷案，你們斷案的時候，耶和華必與你們同在。現在你們應當敬畏耶和華，謹慎辦事，因為我們的上帝耶和華毫無不義，不偏待人，不受賄賂。」約沙法還在耶路撒冷委任一些利未人、祭司和以色列族長替耶和華斷案，審理訴訟。他們就住在耶路撒冷。約沙法訓導他們說：「你們要懷著敬畏耶和華的心，全心全意地辦事。各城中的同胞若把案件帶到你們面前，無論是殺人流血，還是有關律法、誡命、律例和典章的案件，你們都要警告他們不要得罪耶和華，免得耶和華的烈怒臨到你們和你們的同胞。你們這樣行，就沒有罪了。

不可徇私枉法，不可偏袒窮人，不可諂媚權貴之人，要秉公審判。

「不可欺壓在你們中間寄居的人，因為你們在埃及也做過寄居的人。

以色列的上帝告訴我，以色列的磐石對我說，『以公義治理人民，敬畏上帝的君王，

那天，摩西吩咐民眾說：

你們也知道，我們對待你們就像父親對待自己的孩子一樣。
