天使回答他說：「我是站在上帝面前的加百列，奉差遣來對你說話，把這好信息報給你。

我聽見烏萊河中有人聲呼叫說：「加百列啊，要使這人明白這異象。」

到了獻晚祭的時候，先知以利亞近前來，說：「耶和華－亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝啊，求你今日使人知道你是以色列的上帝，我是你的僕人，我遵照你的話做這一切事。

看哪，有一位形狀像人的，摸我的嘴唇，我就開口說話，向那站在我面前的說：「我主啊，因這異象使我感到劇痛，毫無氣力。

眾天使不都是事奉的靈，奉差遣為那將要承受救恩的人服務的嗎？

有一天，約在下午三點鐘，他在異象中清楚看見上帝的一個使者進來，到他那裏，對他說：「哥尼流。」

上有撒拉弗侍立，各有六個翅膀：兩個翅膀遮臉，兩個翅膀遮腳，兩個翅膀飛翔，

早晨獻第一隻羔羊，黃昏獻第二隻羔羊。

他對我說話的時候，我在沉睡，臉伏於地。他就摸我，扶我站起來。

聽從他命令、成全他旨意、有大能的天使啊，你們都要稱頌耶和華！

有一撒拉弗向我飛來，手裏拿着燒紅的炭，是用火鉗從壇上取下來的，用炭沾我的口，說：「看哪，這炭沾了你的嘴唇，你的罪孽便除掉，你的罪惡就赦免了。」

關於使者，他說：「上帝以風為使者，以火焰為僕役。」

凡為以色列上帝言語戰兢的人，都因被擄歸回之人所犯的罪，聚集到我這裏來。我驚惶地坐着，直到獻晚祭的時候。獻晚祭的時候我從愁煩中起來，穿着撕裂的衣服和外袍，雙膝跪下，向耶和華－我的上帝舉手，

約在下午三點鐘，耶穌大聲高呼，說：「以利！以利！拉馬撒巴各大尼？」就是說：「我的上帝！我的上帝！為甚麼離棄我？」

這就是他們的臉。他們的翅膀向上張開，各有兩個翅膀彼此相接，用另外兩個翅膀遮體。

以風為使者，以火焰為僕役，

忽然，有主的一個使者顯現，牢房裏有光照耀；天使拍彼得的肋旁，叫醒了他，說：「快起來！」鐵鏈就從他手上脫落下來。

有一位形狀像人的再一次摸我，使我有力量。

這些活物往來奔走，好像電光一閃。

下午三點鐘禱告的時候，彼得和約翰上聖殿去。

看哪，有一隻手摸我，使我膝蓋和手掌戰抖。

第二天，他們走路將近那城，約在正午，彼得上房頂去禱告。
