到了献晚祭的时候，先知以利亚近前来，说：“耶和华—亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的神啊，求你今日使人知道你是以色列的神，我是你的仆人，我遵照你的话做这一切事。

看哪，有一位形状像人的，摸我的嘴唇，我就开口说话，向那站在我面前的说：“我主啊，因这异象使我感到剧痛，毫无气力。

众天使不都是事奉的灵，奉差遣为那将要承受救恩的人服务的吗？

有一天，约在下午三点钟，他在异象中清楚看见神的一个使者进来，到他那里，对他说：“哥尼流。”

上有撒拉弗侍立，各有六个翅膀：两个翅膀遮脸，两个翅膀遮脚，两个翅膀飞翔，

早晨献第一只羔羊，黄昏献第二只羔羊。

他对我说话的时候，我在沉睡，脸伏于地。他就摸我，扶我站起来。

听从他命令、成全他旨意、有大能的天使啊，你们都要称颂耶和华！

有一撒拉弗向我飞来，手里拿着烧红的炭，是用火钳从坛上取下来的，用炭沾我的口，说：“看哪，这炭沾了你的嘴唇，你的罪孽便除掉，你的罪恶就赦免了。”

关于使者，他说：“神以风为使者，以火焰为仆役。”

凡为以色列神言语战兢的人，都因被掳归回之人所犯的罪，聚集到我这里来。我惊惶地坐着，直到献晚祭的时候。献晚祭的时候我从愁烦中起来，穿着撕裂的衣服和外袍，双膝跪下，向耶和华—我的神举手，

约在下午三点钟，耶稣大声高呼，说：“以利！以利！拉马撒巴各大尼？”就是说：“我的神！我的神！为什么离弃我？”

这就是他们的脸。他们的翅膀向上张开，各有两个翅膀彼此相接，用另外两个翅膀遮体。

以风为使者，以火焰为仆役，

忽然，有主的一个使者显现，牢房里有光照耀；天使拍彼得的肋旁，叫醒了他，说：“快起来！”铁链就从他手上脱落下来。

有一位形状像人的再一次摸我，使我有力量。

这些活物往来奔走，好像电光一闪。

下午三点钟祷告的时候，彼得和约翰上圣殿去。

看哪，有一只手摸我，使我膝盖和手掌战抖。

第二天，他们走路将近那城，约在正午，彼得上房顶去祷告。
