第二隻獸像熊，用兩隻後腿站立，牙齒間叼著三根肋骨，有聲音對牠說，『起來，多吞吃肉吧！』

又有一兽如熊，就是第二兽，旁跨而坐，口齿内衔着三根肋骨。有吩咐这兽的说：“起来吞吃多肉。”

看哪，另有一兽如熊，就是第二兽，半身侧立，口里的牙齿中有三根獠牙。有人吩咐这兽说：“起来，吞吃许多的肉。”

第二只兽像熊，用两只后腿站立，牙齿间叼着三根肋骨，有声音对它说，‘起来，多吞吃肉吧！’

我又看见另一只兽，就是第二只兽；它和熊相似，挺起一边的身躯，口中的牙齿衔着三根肋骨。有人这样对它说：‘起来，吃多量的肉吧！’

“看哪，有另一只兽，就是第二只，仿佛一只熊！它用一侧站立，口中的牙齿之间有三根肋骨；有话对它这样说：‘起来，吞吃大量的肉！’

另有一隻獸、是第二隻，好像熊。牠身體的一邊挺起着；口中啣着三根肋骨在牙齒間；有吩咐這獸的話這樣說：「起來吞喫許多的肉。」

「看哪，有另一隻獸，就是第二隻，彷彿一隻熊！牠用一側站立，口中的牙齒之間有三根肋骨；有話對牠這樣說：『起來，吞吃大量的肉！』

其次之獸若熊、半身側立、其口齒間、啣三脇骨、有謂之曰、起、吞噬多肉、

次獸若熊、口露三巨牙、屹立於傍、有命之曰、起、吞噬眾民、

又有一獸、即第二獸、其狀若熊、立於旁、口中牙內銜三脇骨、口中牙內銜三脇骨或作有三脇骨在口銜於牙有命之曰、起、吞噬多肉、

“ And there before me was a second beast, which looked like a bear. It was raised up on one of its sides, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. It was told,‘ Get up and eat your fill of flesh!’

“ I saw a second animal. It looked like a bear. It was raised up on one of its sides. And it had three ribs between its teeth. It was told,‘ Get up! Eat meat until you are full!’

And behold, another beast, a second one, like a bear. It was raised up on one side. It had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth; and it was told,‘ Arise, devour much flesh.’

Then I saw a second beast, and it looked like a bear. It was rearing up on one side, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And I heard a voice saying to it,“ Get up! Devour the flesh of many people!”

“ Suddenly, another beast appeared, a second one, that looked like a bear. It was raised up on one side, with three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. It was told,‘ Get up! Gorge yourself on flesh.’

And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth; and they said this to it:‘ Arise, devour much meat!’

在你之後，必有另一國興起，不及你的國強大。之後是將要統治天下的第三個國，是銅的。

看啊，我要驅使瑪代人來攻擊他們。瑪代人不在乎金子，也不看重銀子，他們必用弓箭射死青年，不憐憫嬰兒，也不顧惜孩童。

你們要去攻打米拉大翁和比割的居民，照我的命令徹底消滅他們。這是耶和華說的。巴比倫境內傳來戰爭和大毀滅的聲音。威震天下的錘子巴比倫怎麼被砍斷、打碎了！它的下場令列國震驚。巴比倫啊，我給你設下了陷阱，你在懵然不知中被捉住，因為你與耶和華為敵。耶和華已打開祂的軍庫，取出傾瀉祂憤怒的兵器。因為主——萬軍之耶和華要懲罰迦勒底人。你們要從遠方前來攻打巴比倫，打開她的糧倉，使她淪為一堆廢墟，徹底毀滅她，不留一物。你們要殺掉她所有的士兵，把他們全部屠殺。他們大禍臨頭了，懲罰他們的日子到了。「從巴比倫逃出來的人在錫安述說我們的上帝耶和華如何報仇，為祂的聖殿報仇。「要召集所有的弓箭手來攻打巴比倫，在她四圍紮營，不讓一人漏網。要照她的所作所為報應她；她怎樣對待別人，也要怎樣對待她，因為她藐視耶和華——以色列的聖者。她的青年要倒斃街頭，那時她所有的戰士都要滅亡」。這是耶和華說的。「主——萬軍之耶和華說，『狂傲的人啊，我要與你為敵，我懲罰你的時候到了。狂傲的人要踉踉蹌蹌，跌倒在地，無人扶起。我要焚燒她的城邑，使她周圍的一切化為灰燼。』」

寧願遇見丟失幼崽的母熊，也不願碰上做蠢事的愚人。

田野和林中的走獸啊，來吞吃吧！

我要像一頭失了幼崽的母熊衝向你們，撕裂你們的胸膛；我要像母獅吞噬你們，像兇猛的野獸撕碎你們。

現在我要把真相告訴你。波斯將再有三位王興起，隨後的第四位王遠比其他王富有。他靠財富強盛後，便會煽動眾民去攻打希臘國。

「人子啊，主耶和華說，『你要召喚各類飛鳥和野獸，讓牠們聚集起來，從四面八方來赴我為牠們預備的祭宴，就是以色列山嶺上的大祭宴，在那裡吃肉飲血。牠們將吃到勇士的肉，喝到君王的血，好像吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛這些巴珊的肥畜。牠們要在我為牠們設的祭宴中任意吃肉飲血，直到吃飽喝醉為止。牠們在我的宴席上要飽餐戰馬、車夫、勇士和軍人的肉。這是主耶和華說的。

烏法珥新——指你的國要分裂，歸給瑪代人和波斯人。」

以利沙轉身看著他們，奉耶和華的名咒詛他們。林中隨即走出來兩隻母熊，咬死了其中的四十二個少年。

我舉目觀看，見一隻長著長角的公綿羊站在河邊，其中一角比另一角長，較長的角是後長出來的。我看見這公綿羊向西方、北方和南方頂撞，沒有獸能抵擋牠，或逃脫牠的威力。牠隨心所欲，狂妄自大。
