The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings.

The ten horns stand for ten kings. They will come from the fourth kingdom. After them another king will appear. He will be different from the earlier ones. He’ll bring three kings under his control.

As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, and another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the former ones, and shall put down three kings.

頭上有十隻角和那另長出的一角，三隻角在這角面前掉落；這角有眼，有口說誇大的話，形狀比牠的同類更強。

「王必任意而行，自高自大，超過所有的神明，又用荒謬的話攻擊萬神之神。他必行事亨通，直到主的憤怒結束，因為所定的事必然實現。

我又看見一隻獸從海裏上來，有十個角七個頭；在十個角上戴着十個冠冕，七個頭上有褻瀆的名號。

從四角中的一角又長出另一隻小角，向南、向東、向佳美之地，日漸壯大。牠漸壯大，高及諸天萬象，把一些天象和星辰摔落在地，用腳踐踏。牠自高自大，自以為高及萬象之君，牠除掉經常獻給君的祭，毀壞君的聖所。因罪過的緣故，有軍隊和經常獻的祭交給牠。牠把真理拋在地上，任意而行，無往不利。

其後，我在夜間的異象中觀看，看哪，第四獸可怕可懼，極其強壯，有大鐵牙，吞吃嚼碎，剩下的用腳踐踏。這獸與前面所有的獸不同，牠有十隻角。我正思考這些角的時候，看哪，其中又長出另一隻小角；先前的角中有三隻角在它面前連根被拔出。看哪，這角有眼，像人的眼，有口說誇大的話。

我在聖靈感動下，被天使帶到曠野去，我看見一個女人騎在朱紅色的獸上；那隻獸有七個頭十個角，遍體有褻瀆的名號。

聖靈明說，在末後的時期必有人離棄信仰，去聽信那誘惑人的邪靈和鬼魔的教訓。這是出於撒謊者的假冒；這些人的良心如同被熱鐵烙了一般。他們禁止嫁娶，又禁戒食物－就是神所造、讓那信而明白真理的人存感謝的心領受的。

你曾看見的那十個角就是十個王；他們還沒有得到國度，但他們要和那隻獸同得權柄作王一個時辰。他們同心把自己的能力權柄交給那隻獸。

不要讓任何人用甚麼法子欺騙你們，因為那日子以前必有叛教的事，並有那不法的人，那沉淪之子出現。那抵擋者高抬自己超過一切稱為神明的，和一切受人敬拜的，甚至坐在神的殿裏，自稱為神。我還在你們那裏的時候曾把這些事告訴你們，你們不記得嗎？現在你們也知道那攔阻他的是甚麼，為要使他到了時機才出現。因為那不法的隱祕已經運作，只是現在有一個阻擋的，要等到那阻擋的被除去才會發作，那時這不法的人必出現，主耶穌要用口中的氣滅絕他，以自己來臨的光輝摧毀他。這不法的人來，是靠撒但的運作，行各樣的異能、神蹟和一切虛假的奇事，並且在那沉淪的人身上行各樣不義的詭詐，因為他們不領受愛真理的心，好讓他們得救。

天上又出現了另一個兆頭：有一條大紅龍，有七個頭十個角；七個頭上戴着七個冠冕。

你所看見的那十個角與獸必恨這淫婦，他們要使她孤獨赤身，又要吃她的肉，用火將她燒盡。因為神使諸王同心執行他的旨意，把他們自己的國交給那隻獸，直等到神的話都應驗了。你所看見的那女人就是管轄地上眾王的大城。」
