看哪！耶和華的名從遠方而來，他的怒氣燒起，濃煙上騰；他的嘴唇充滿忿怒，他的舌頭像吞滅的火。

他說：“耶和華從西奈而來，從西珥光照他們，從巴蘭山射出光輝，在千萬聖者中來臨，在他的右手有烈火的律法。

我們的神來臨，決不緘默無聲；在他面前有火燃燒，在他四周有暴風颳起。

因為陀斐特那燒著的火早已安排好了，是為君王預備的，又深又寬；其中所堆的，是火和許多的柴；耶和華的氣像一股硫磺火，把它燃點起來。

大山在他面前震動，小山也都融化；大地在他面前廢去，世界和所有住在世上的，也都這樣。在他盛怒之下，誰能站得住呢？他的烈怒誰能受得了呢？他的忿怒像火一般噴出來，磐石在他面前都崩裂了。

我又觀看，聽見了千千萬萬天使的聲音，他們都在寶座、活物和長老的四周，

我又看見一個白色的大寶座，和坐在上面的那位。天地都從他面前逃避，再也看不見了。我又看見死了的人，無論大小，都站在寶座前。案卷都展開了，還有另一卷，就是生命冊，也展開了。死了的人都憑著這些案卷所記載的，照著他們所行的受審判。於是海把其中的死人交出來，死亡和陰間也把其中的死人交出來，他們都照著各人所行的受審判。死亡和陰間也被拋在火湖裡。這火湖就是第二次的死。凡是名字沒有記在生命冊上的，他就被拋在火湖裡。

米該雅說：“因此，你要聽耶和華的話；我看見耶和華坐在他的寶座上，天上的萬軍都侍立在他的左右。

看哪！耶和華必在火中降臨，他的戰車好像旋風；他要以猛烈的怒氣施行報應，用火燄施行斥責。因為耶和華必用火和刀劍，在所有的人身上施行審判，被耶和華所殺的人必定很多。

願天歡喜，願地快樂；願海和海中充滿的，都翻騰響鬧；願田野和其中的一切都歡樂，那時林中的一切樹木都必歡呼。它們都要在耶和華面前歡呼，因為他來了；他來要審判全地。他要按著公義審判世界，憑著他的信實審判萬民。

密雲和幽暗在他的四圍，公義和公正是他寶座的根基。有火走在他的前面，燒盡他四圍的敵人。

神的車馬千千萬萬；主從西奈山來到他的聖所中（本句原文作“主在其中，西奈山在聖所中”）。

亞當的第七世孫以諾，也曾經預言這些人說：“看，主必同他的千萬聖者降臨，

直到萬古常存者來到，為至高者的聖民伸張正義；聖民擁有國度的時候就到了。

但審判要開始，他的權柄必被奪去，他必被毀壞滅絕，直到永遠。

你們要經由我的山谷逃跑，因為山谷必伸展到亞薩；你們要逃跑，好像在猶大王烏西雅年間逃避大地震一樣。耶和華我的神必來臨，所有的聖者都與他（“與他”《馬索拉文本》作“與你”）同來。

那時，敬畏耶和華的人彼此談論，耶和華也留意細聽；在他面前有記錄冊，記錄那些敬畏耶和華和思念他名的人。萬軍之耶和華說：“在我施行作為的日子，他們要屬我，作特別的產業；我必憐恤他們，好像人憐恤那服事自己的兒子一樣。那時，你們就要再看出義人與惡人、事奉神的人和不事奉他的人之間有甚麼分別。”

“當人子在他的榮耀裡，帶著所有的使者降臨的時候，他要坐在榮耀的寶座上。

你們卻是來到錫安山和永活的神的城，就是天上的耶路撒冷；在那裡有千萬的天使聚集，
