Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.

So these administrators and satraps went as a group to the king and said:“ May King Darius live forever!

So the two leaders and the royal rulers went as a group to the king. They said,“ King Darius, may you live forever!

Then these high officials and satraps came by agreement to the king and said to him,“ O King Darius, live forever!

So the administrators and high officers went to the king and said,“ Long live King Darius!

So the administrators and satraps went together to the king and said to him,“ May King Darius live forever.

Then these commissioners and satraps came by agreement to the king and spoke to him as follows:“ King Darius, live forever!

So these governors and satraps thronged before the king, and said thus to him:“ King Darius, live forever!

Then these presidents and satraps assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.

So the administrators and satraps went together to the king and said to him,“ May King Darius live forever.

So these supervisors and satraps came by collusion to the king and said to him,“ O King Darius, live forever!

Then these presidents and local governors assembled together to the king, and said this to him,“ King Darius, live forever!

Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation.

And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers’ sepulchres,[ lieth] waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?

Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever.

[ Now] the queen, by reason of the words of the king and his lords, came into the banquet house:[ and] the queen spake and said, O king, live for ever: let not thy thoughts trouble thee, nor let thy countenance be changed:

They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.

How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall[ shall ye be, and as] a tottering fence.

They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever.

And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.

And when he was called forth, Tertullus began to accuse[ him], saying, Seeing that by thee we enjoy great quietness, and that very worthy deeds are done unto this nation by thy providence,

Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:Who whet their tongue like a sword,[ and] bend[ their bows to shoot] their arrows,[ even] bitter words:That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.They encourage themselves[ in] an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward[ thought] of every one[ of them], and the heart,[ is] deep.

And they gave him audience unto this word, and[ then] lifted up their voices, and said, Away with such a[ fellow] from the earth: for it is not fit that he should live.And as they cried out, and cast off[ their] clothes, and threw dust into the air,

Then these men assembled, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.

And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but[ that] rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed[ his] hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye[ to it].Then answered all the people, and said, His blood[ be] on us, and on our children.
