I issue a decree that in all my royal dominion, people must tremble in fear before the God of Daniel: For he is the living God, and he endures forever; his kingdom will never be destroyed, and his dominion has no end.

Therefore I issue a decree that anyone of any people, nation, or language who says anything offensive against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego will be torn limb from limb and his house made a garbage dump. For there is no other god who is able to deliver like this.”

“ In the days of those kings, the God of the heavens will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and this kingdom will not be left to another people. It will crush all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, but will itself endure forever.

He was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, so that those of every people, nation, and language should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will not be destroyed.

How great are his miracles, and how mighty his wonders! His kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.

The LORD reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He is enthroned between the cherubim. Let the earth quake.The LORD is great in Zion; he is exalted above all the peoples.Let them praise your great and awe-inspiring name. He is holy.

He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and his kingdom will have no end.”

Yet the number of the Israelites will be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or counted. And in the place where they were told: You are not my people, they will be called: Sons of the living God.

The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD sits enthroned, King forever.

But the LORD is the true God; he is the living God and eternal King. The earth quakes at his wrath, and the nations cannot endure his fury.

The kingdom, dominion, and greatness of the kingdoms under all of heaven will be given to the people, the holy ones of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey him.’

“ Because I, the LORD, have not changed, you descendants of Jacob have not been destroyed.

Artaxerxes, king of kings, to Ezra the priest, an expert in the law of the God of the heavens: Greetings.I issue a decree that any of the Israelites in my kingdom, including their priests and Levites, who want to go to Jerusalem, may go with you.

I hereby issue a decree concerning what you are to do, so that the elders of the Jews can rebuild the house of God: The cost is to be paid in full to these men out of the royal revenues from the taxes of the region west of the Euphrates River, so that the work will not stop.Whatever is needed— young bulls, rams, and lambs for burnt offerings to the God of the heavens, or wheat, salt, wine, and oil, as requested by the priests in Jerusalem— let it be given to them every day without fail,so that they can offer sacrifices of pleasing aroma to the God of the heavens and pray for the life of the king and his sons.I also issue a decree concerning any man who interferes with this directive: Let a beam be torn from his house and raised up; he will be impaled on it, and his house will be made into a garbage dump because of this offense.May the God who caused his name to dwell there overthrow any king or people who dares to harm or interfere with this house of God in Jerusalem. I, Darius, have issued the decree. Let it be carried out diligently.

And it will be in the place where they were told, you are not my people, there they will be called sons of the living God.

The LORD reigns! He is robed in majesty; the LORD is robed, enveloped in strength. The world is firmly established; it cannot be shaken.Your throne has been established from the beginning; you are from eternity.

Serve the LORD with reverential awe and rejoice with trembling.

for our God is a consuming fire.

for they themselves report what kind of reception we had from you: how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God

And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

the twenty-four elders fall down before the one seated on the throne and worship the one who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne and say,

informing all people of your mighty acts and of the glorious splendor of your kingdom.Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom; your rule is for all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words and gracious in all his actions.

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Because God wanted to show his unchangeable purpose even more clearly to the heirs of the promise, he guaranteed it with an oath,so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us.

The seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying, The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign forever and ever.

The four living creatures said,“ Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

My hand made all these things, and so they all came into being. This is the LORD’s declaration. I will look favorably on this kind of person: one who is humble, submissive in spirit, and trembles at my word.

But I will show you the one to fear: Fear him who has authority to throw people into hell after death. Yes, I say to you, this is the one to fear!

When he reached the den, he cried out in anguish to Daniel.“ Daniel, servant of the living God,” the king said,“ has your God, whom you continually serve, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

For who out of all humanity has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the fire, as we have, and lived?

David spoke to the men who were standing with him:“ What will be done for the man who kills that Philistine and removes this disgrace from Israel? Just who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?”

The LORD reigns forever; Zion, your God reigns for all generations. Hallelujah!

I tremble in awe of you; I fear your judgments.

The dominion will be vast, and its prosperity will never end. He will reign on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish and sustain it with justice and righteousness from now on and forever. The zeal of the LORD of Armies will accomplish this.

Neither is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives everyone life and breath and all things.

Your servant has killed lions and bears; this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, for he has defied the armies of the living God.”
