When he reached the den, he cried out in anguish to Daniel.“ Daniel, servant of the living God,” the king said,“ has your God whom you serve continually been able to rescue you from the lions?”

临近坑边，哀声呼叫但以理。王对但以理说：“永生神的仆人但以理啊，你经常事奉的神能救你脱离狮子吗？”

到了坑边，凄声呼喊但以理：“永活上帝的仆人但以理啊，你忠心事奉的上帝有没有救你脱离狮子的口？”

他走近坑边的时候，就用哀痛的声音呼叫但以理，对但以理说：“永活神的仆人但以理啊！你常常事奉的神能搭救你脱离狮子吗？”

他靠近那坑的时候，用忧伤的声音呼叫但以理，开口对但以理说：“永生神的仆人但以理啊！你的神，你一直事奉的那一位，有没有能够拯救你脱离那些狮子呢？”

臨近坑邊，哀聲呼叫但以理，對但以理說：「永生神的僕人但以理啊，你所常事奉的神能救你脫離獅子嗎？」

臨近坑邊，哀聲呼叫但以理。王對但以理說：「永生上帝的僕人但以理啊，你經常事奉的上帝能救你脫離獅子嗎？」

臨近坑邊，哀聲呼叫但以理。王對但以理說：「永生神的僕人但以理啊，你經常事奉的神能救你脫離獅子嗎？」

到了坑邊，淒聲呼喊但以理：「永活上帝的僕人但以理啊，你忠心事奉的上帝有沒有救你脫離獅子的口？」

他走近坑邊的時候，就用哀痛的聲音呼叫但以理，對但以理說：“永活神的僕人但以理啊！你常常事奉的神能搭救你脫離獅子嗎？”

將近坑邊但以理那裏，王出了傷痛的聲音來呼叫，應時對但以理說：『永活上帝之僕人但以理啊，你的上帝、你所不斷事奉的、能解救你脫離獅子麼？』

他靠近那坑的時候，用憂傷的聲音呼叫但以理，開口對但以理說：「永生神的僕人但以理啊！你的神，你一直事奉的那一位，有沒有能夠拯救你脫離那些獅子呢？」

既近於洞、哀聲呼但以理曰、維生上帝之僕但以理歟、爾恆事之上帝、能救爾脫於獅害乎、

哀呼但以理曰、上帝之僕但以理、爾恆事上帝、上帝果能脫爾於獅口乎、

既至穴旁、哀呼但以理曰、永生天主之僕但以理、爾所恆事之天主、能救爾脫於獅乎、

When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

When he got near it, he called out to Daniel. His voice was filled with great concern. He said,“ Daniel! You serve the living God. You always serve him faithfully. So has he been able to save you from the lions?”

As he came near to the den where Daniel was, he cried out in a tone of anguish. The king declared to Daniel,“ O Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

When he got there, he called out in anguish,“ Daniel, servant of the living God! Was your God, whom you serve so faithfully, able to rescue you from the lions?”

When he reached the den, he cried out in anguish to Daniel.“ Daniel, servant of the living God,” the king said,“ has your God, whom you continually serve, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

And when he had come near the den to Daniel, he cried out with a troubled voice. The king began speaking and said to Daniel,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you continually serve, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

And when he came near unto the den to Daniel, he cried with a lamentable voice; the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel:[ and] the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

As he approached the den, he called out to Daniel in a worried voice,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, was your God whom you continually serve able to rescue you from the lions?”

When he came near to the den to Daniel, he cried with a troubled voice. The king spoke and said to Daniel,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, is your God, whom you serve continually, able to deliver you from the lions?”

If the God we serve exists, then He can rescue us from the furnace of blazing fire, and He can rescue us from the power of you, the king.

At my first defense, no one stood by me, but everyone deserted me. May it not be counted against them.But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the proclamation might be fully made through me and all the Gentiles might hear. So I was rescued from the lion’s mouth.The Lord will rescue me from every evil work and will bring me safely into His heavenly kingdom. To Him be the glory forever and ever! Amen.

So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel,“ May your God, whom you serve continually, rescue you!”

Therefore, He is always able to save those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them.

He rescues and delivers; He performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth, for He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.”

Search for the Lord and for His strength; seek His face always.

But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but one who does good works— this person will be blessed in what he does.

Pray constantly.Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

The Lord answered Moses,“ Is the Lord’s power limited? You will see whether or not what I have promised will happen to you.”

He then told them a parable on the need for them to pray always and not become discouraged:

But you must return to your God. Maintain love and justice, and always put your hope in God.

Don’t let your heart envy sinners; instead, always fear the Lord.For then you will have a future, and your hope will never fade.

Yet I am always with You; You hold my right hand.

Nebuchadnezzar exclaimed,“ Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent His angel and rescued His servants who trusted in Him. They violated the king’s command and risked their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.Therefore I issue a decree that anyone of any people, nation, or language who says anything offensive against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego will be torn limb from limb and his house made a garbage dump. For there is no other god who is able to deliver like this.”

Oh, Lord God! You Yourself made the heavens and earth by Your great power and with Your outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for You!

Is anything impossible for the Lord? At the appointed time I will come back to you, and in about a year she will have a son.”

Now if you’re ready, when you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, drum, and every kind of music, fall down and worship the statue I made. But if you don’t worship it, you will immediately be thrown into a furnace of blazing fire— and who is the god who can rescue you from my power?”

But I will hope continually and will praise You more and more.My mouth will tell about Your righteousness and Your salvation all day long, though I cannot sum them up.I come because of the mighty acts of the Lord God; I will proclaim Your righteousness, Yours alone.God, You have taught me from my youth, and I still proclaim Your wonderful works.Even when I am old and gray, God, do not abandon me. Then I will proclaim Your power to another generation, Your strength to all who are to come.

He has delivered us from such a terrible death, and He will deliver us. We have put our hope in Him that He will deliver us again

For nothing will be impossible with God.”

I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing to my God as long as I live.

and that is why I suffer these things. But I am not ashamed, because I know the One I have believed in and am persuaded that He is able to guard what has been entrusted to me until that day.

I am resolved to obey Your statutes to the very end.

If You kill this people with a single blow, the nations that have heard of Your fame will declare,‘ Since the Lord wasn’t able to bring this people into the land He swore to give them, He has slaughtered them in the wilderness.’

Devote yourselves to prayer; stay alert in it with thanksgiving.

But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the preaching ministry.”

Now to Him who is able to protect you from stumbling and to make you stand in the presence of His glory, blameless and with great joy,

eternal life to those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality;
