with three administrators over them, one of whom was Daniel. The satraps were made accountable to them so that the king might not suffer loss.

He placed three leaders over them. One of the leaders was Daniel. The royal rulers were made accountable to the three leaders. Then the king wouldn’t lose any of his wealth.

The king also chose Daniel and two others as administrators to supervise the high officers and protect the king’s interests.

要认真办理这事，不可迟延，何必容事情恶化，使王受亏损呢？”

王赐但以理高官及许多贵重的礼物，派他治理巴比伦全省，管理巴比伦所有的智者。王又应允但以理的请求，派沙得拉、米煞和亚伯尼歌负责巴比伦省的事务。但以理仍在朝中供职。

因为我和我本族的人都被卖了，我们将被铲除、杀光、灭尽。如果只是卖我们为奴为婢，我会闭口不语，因为那样的痛苦不值得来打扰王。”

“因此，天国就像一个王，他要跟奴仆清算债务。

对管家的要求是忠心。

靠愚人传信，如同砍断自己的脚，自讨苦吃。

“所以，以色列的上帝耶和华宣告说，‘我曾经应许让你们家族永远做我的祭司。’但现在耶和华宣布，‘这绝不可能了。尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐视我的，必遭藐视。

智慧的右手有长寿，左手有富贵和尊荣。

临行前，他召集了十个奴仆，发给每人一千个银币，吩咐他们，‘你们在我出门期间要用这些钱做生意。’“可是他的人民却憎恨他，他们随后派一个代表团去请愿说，‘我们不要这人做我们的王。’“那贵族受封为王回来后，召齐十个奴仆，想知道他们做生意赚了多少。第一个奴仆上前禀告说，‘主啊，我用你给我的一千个银币赚了一万个银币。’“主人说，‘好，你真是个好奴仆！你既然在小事上忠心，就派你管理十座城。’“第二个奴仆上前说，‘主啊，我用你给我的一千个银币赚了五千个银币。’“主人说，‘我派你管理五座城。’“另一个奴仆上前说，‘主啊，这是你先前给我的一千个银币，我一直把它包在手帕里。因为你很严厉，没有存还要取，没有种还要收，所以我怕你。’“主人听了，对那奴仆说，‘你这个恶奴仆！我要按你自己的话定你的罪。你既然知道我很严厉，没有存还要取，没有种还要收，为什么不把我的银币存进钱庄，到我回来时可以连本带利收回来？’“接着，他吩咐站在旁边的奴仆，‘收回他那一千个银币，赏给那个赚了一万银币的。’“他们说，‘主啊，那个人已经有一万银币了。’“主人答道，‘我告诉你们，凡有的，还要给他更多；凡没有的，连他仅有的也要夺走。至于那些反对我做王的仇敌，把他们捉回来，在我面前处决。’”

财主便把管家召来，对他说，‘听说你浪费我的财物，到底是怎么回事？把帐目交代清楚，你不能再当管家了。’
