王乃出命、則攜但以理至、投於獅洞、王謂但以理曰、爾所恆事之上帝必救爾、

王命取但以理投諸獅穴、告但以理曰、爾恆事上帝、上帝必復援手、

王遂命人以但以理攜至、投之獅穴、告但以理曰、爾所恆事之天主、必必或作願其救爾、

So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel,“ May your God, whom you serve continually, rescue you!”

So the king gave the order. Daniel was brought out and thrown into the lions’ den. The king said to him,“ You always serve your God faithfully. So may he save you!”

Then the king commanded, and Daniel was brought and cast into the den of lions. The king declared to Daniel,“ May your God, whom you serve continually, deliver you!”

So at last the king gave orders for Daniel to be arrested and thrown into the den of lions. The king said to him,“ May your God, whom you serve so faithfully, rescue you.”

但义人得救是由于耶和华；他在患难时作他们的营寨。耶和华帮助他们，解救他们；他解救他们脱离恶人，把他们救出来，因为他们投靠他。

你六次遭难，他必救你；就是七次，灾祸也无法害你。

神说：“因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他；因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。他若求告我，我就应允他；他在急难中，我要与他同在；我要搭救他，使他尊贵。我要使他足享长寿，将我的救恩显明给他。”

你从水中经过，我必与你同在；你趟过江河，水必不漫过你；你从火中行过，必不被烧，火焰也不着在你身上。

尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的神是应当称颂的！他差遣使者救护倚靠他的仆人，他们不遵王命，舍去己身，在他们神以外不肯侍奉敬拜别神。

我虽然受膏为王，今日还是软弱；这洗鲁雅的两个儿子比我刚强。愿耶和华照着恶人所行的恶报应他。”

即便如此，我们所侍奉的神能将我们从烈火的窑中救出来。王啊，他也必救我们脱离你的手；

临近坑边，哀声呼叫但以理，对但以理说：“永生神的仆人但以理啊，你所常侍奉的神能救你脱离狮子吗？”

投靠耶和华，强似倚赖人；投靠耶和华，强似倚赖王子。

惧怕人的，陷入网罗；惟有倚靠耶和华的，必得安稳。

我若行了不义的事，犯了什么该死的罪，就是死，我也不辞。他们所告我的事若都不实，就没有人可以把我交给他们。我要上告于凯撒。”

你们再听见角、笛、琵琶、琴、瑟、笙，和各样乐器的声音，若俯伏敬拜我所造的像，却还可以；若不敬拜，必立时扔在烈火的窑中，有何神能救你们脱离我手呢？”

过了两年，波求非斯都接了腓力斯的任；腓力斯要讨犹太人的喜欢，就留保罗在监里。

巡抚说：“为什么呢？他做了什么恶事呢？”他们便极力地喊着说：“把他钉十字架！”彼拉多见说也无济于事，反要生乱，就拿水在众人面前洗手，说：“流这义人的血，罪不在我，你们承当吧。”众人都回答说：“他的血归到我们和我们的子孙身上。”于是彼拉多释放巴拉巴给他们，把耶稣鞭打了，交给人钉十字架。

西底家王说：“他在你们手中，无论何事，王也不能与你们反对。”

她就急忙进去见王，求他说：“我愿王立时把施洗约翰的头放在盘子里给我。”王就甚忧愁；但因他所起的誓，又因同席的人，就不肯推辞，随即差一个护卫兵，吩咐拿约翰的头来。护卫兵就去，在监里斩了约翰，把头放在盘子里，拿来给女子，女子就给她母亲。

但非斯都要讨犹太人的喜欢，就问保罗说：“你愿意上耶路撒冷去，在那里听我审断这事吗？”

作官的原不是叫行善的惧怕，乃是叫作恶的惧怕。你愿意不惧怕掌权的吗？你只要行善，就可得他的称赞；

女儿被母亲所使，就说：“请把施洗约翰的头放在盘子里，拿来给我。”王便忧愁，但因他所起的誓，又因同席的人，就吩咐给她；于是打发人去，在监里斩了约翰，

彼拉多说：“为什么呢？他做了什么恶事呢？”他们便极力地喊着说：“把他钉十字架！”彼拉多要叫众人喜悦，就释放巴拉巴给他们，将耶稣鞭打了，交给人钉十字架。

国中的总长、钦差、总督、谋士，和巡抚彼此商议，要立一条坚定的禁令，三十日内，不拘何人，若在王以外，或向神或向人求什么，就必扔在狮子坑中。

从此，彼拉多想要释放耶稣，无奈犹太人喊着说：“你若释放这个人，就不是凯撒的忠臣。凡以自己为王的，就是背叛凯撒了。”彼拉多听见这话，就带耶稣出来，到了一个地方，名叫“铺华石处”，希伯来话叫厄巴大，就在那里坐堂。那日是预备逾越节的日子，约有午正。彼拉多对犹太人说：“看哪，这是你们的王！”他们喊着说：“除掉他！除掉他！钉他在十字架上！”彼拉多说：“我可以把你们的王钉十字架吗？”祭司长回答说：“除了凯撒，我们没有王。”于是彼拉多将耶稣交给他们去钉十字架。

至于我，我在你们手中，你们眼看何为善，何为正，就那样待我吧！

因我所属所侍奉的神，他的使者昨夜站在我旁边，说：‘保罗，不要害怕，你必定站在凯撒面前，并且与你同船的人，神都赐给你了。’
