“ The word Tekel means that you have been weighed on scales. And you haven’t measured up to God’s standard.

Tekel, you have been weighed in the balances and found wanting;

Tekel means‘ weighed’— you have been weighed on the balances and have not measured up.

‘ Tekel’ means that you have been weighed on the balance and found deficient.

‘ Tekēl’— you have been weighed on the scales and found deficient.

TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting;

As for teqel– you are weighed on the balances and found to be lacking.

Surely men of low degree are just a breath, and men of high degree are a lie. In the balances they will go up. They are together lighter than a breath.

( let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know my integrity);

each man’s work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man’s work is.

Men will call them rejected silver, because Yahweh has rejected them.”
