There is a man in your kingdom who has the spirit of the holy gods in him. In the time of your father he was found to have insight and intelligence and wisdom like that of the gods. Your father, King Nebuchadnezzar, appointed him chief of the magicians, enchanters, astrologers and diviners.

He was chief of those who tried to figure things out by using magic. And he was in charge of those who studied the heavens. Your father, King Nebuchadnezzar, appointed him to that position.

這個夢就是我尼布甲尼撒王所夢見的；伯提沙撒啊，你要將這夢的解析說明白，因為我國中所有的博士都不能將夢的解析告訴我，惟獨你能，因為你裏頭有聖神明之靈。』

王應時對但以理說：『千真萬確啊、你們的上帝真是萬神之神、萬主之主，機密事之啓示者，因為你能夠將這機密事啓示出來。』於是王使但以理成為高貴大臣，又賜給他許多珍貴的贈品，使他掌權管理巴比倫全省，又立他為總務長管理巴比倫所有的博士。

我聽到你的事了，聽說你有聖神之靈，說你裏面有亮光，有通達，有非常高超的智慧。

後來我們往禱告的地方去，有一個使女有巫覡的靈在身，迎着面而來；她行占卜術、使她主人們得了許多生意。

王所問的事很難答；除了不居於血肉之軀的神明、沒有別的能在王面前說出來的。』

婢女又心裏說：「我主我王的話必能使我達到安居之地」；因為上帝的使者怎麼樣，我主我王也怎麼樣：能聽出善惡來：惟願永恆主你的上帝與你同在。』

民眾喊叫說：『是神的聲音，不是人的聲音哪！』

我和他，我們倆在同一夜裏都作了夢；我們作了夢，各人各帶着自己的夢的解釋。在那裏同我們在一起的有一個青年人，是希伯來人，是護衛長的僕人；我們向他敘說了，他就給我們解釋我們的夢；按着各人的夢來替各人解釋。事情果然照他給我們解釋的、這樣發生了：我呢、回復了我的職位：膳長呢、掛起來了。』法老就打發人去召約瑟；他們急忙忙地催他出監，他就剃頭刮臉，更換衣裳，進到法老面前。法老對約瑟說：『我作了一個夢，沒有人能給我解釋。我聽見人說到你，說你聽了夢，就曉得解釋。』

看吧，我必叫撒但集團的人，那說自己是猶太人、其實不是、乃是撒謊的——看吧，我必叫他們來，在你腳前下拜，知道我愛你。

羣眾看見保羅所作的，就提高了聲音，用呂高尼話說：『有神成了人形降臨在我們中間了！』
