斯世之億兆、藐乎其小、有如無物、天下軍旅、地下人民、上帝隨意而作、其取之、孰能禦之、其為之、孰能詰之、

世間萬民、視若虛無、天上萬軍、世上萬民、隨意而待、無能禦之、無能詰之曰、爾何為、

All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him:“ What have you done?”

He considers all the nations on earth to be nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven. He does what he wants with the nations of the earth. No one can hold back his hand. No one can say to him,“ What have you done?”

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

但是，我們的神在天上，萬事都隨自己的旨意而行。

看哪，列國都像水桶裏的一滴，又如天平上的微塵；看哪，他舉起眾海島，好像舉起極微小之物。黎巴嫩不夠當柴燒，其中的走獸也不夠作燔祭。列國在他面前如同不存在，在他看來微不足道，只是虛空。

「我知道，你萬事都能做；你的計劃不能攔阻。

在天，在地，在海洋，在各深淵，耶和華都隨自己的旨意而行。

自有日子以來，我就是神，誰也不能救人脫離我的手。我要行事，誰能逆轉呢？

我們也在他裏面得了基業；這原是那位隨己意行萬事的神照着自己的旨意所預定的，

做了你手和你旨意所預定必成就的事。

深哉，神的豐富、智慧和知識！他的判斷何其難測！他的蹤跡何其難尋！誰知道主的心？誰作過他的謀士？誰先給了他，使他後來償還呢？因為萬有都是本於他，倚靠他，歸於他。願榮耀歸給他，直到永遠。阿們！

這樣，你會對我說：「那麼，他為甚麼還指責人呢？有誰能抗拒他的旨意呢？」你這個人哪，你是誰，竟敢向神頂嘴呢？受造之物豈會對造他的說：「你為甚麼把我造成這樣呢？」

那時，耶穌說：「父啊，天地的主，我感謝你！因為你把這些事向聰明智慧的人隱藏起來，而向嬰孩啟示出來。父啊，是的，因為你的美意本是如此。

若是出於神，你們就不能敗壞他們，恐怕你們倒是攻擊神了。」議會的人被他說服了，

「誰曾知道主的心？誰會教導他？」至於我們，我們有基督的心。

「那與造他的主爭論的人有禍了！他不過是地上瓦塊中的一片。泥土豈可對塑造它的說：『你做的是甚麼？你所做的物怎麼沒有把手呢？』有人對父親說，『你生的是甚麼』，對母親說，『你生產的是甚麼』；這人有禍了！」耶和華－以色列的聖者，就是造以色列的如此說：「難道我孩子的未來，你們能質問我，我手的工作，你們可以吩咐我嗎？

他若專心為己，將靈和氣收歸自己，凡血肉之軀必一同死亡；世人必歸於塵土。

夜間，我的心渴想你，我裏面的靈切切尋求你。因為你在地上行審判的時候，世上的居民就學習公義。

願全地都敬畏耶和華！願世上的居民都懼怕他！因為他說有，就有，命立，就立。耶和華使列國的籌算歸於無有，使萬民的計謀全無功效。耶和華的籌算永遠立定，他心中的計劃萬代長存。

看哪，他奪去，誰能阻擋他？誰敢對他說：『你做甚麼呢？』「神必不收回他的怒氣，扶助拉哈伯的，屈身在神以下。

萬軍之耶和華起誓說：「我怎樣思想，必照樣成就；我怎樣定意，必照樣堅立，要在我的地上擊破亞述，在我的山上將它踐踏。它的軛必離開受壓制的人，它的重擔必離開他們的肩頭。」這是向全地所定的旨意，向萬國所伸出的手。萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

我從起初就指明末後的事，從古時便言明未成的事，說：「我的籌算必立定；凡我所喜悅的，我必成就。」我召鷙鳥從東方來，召那成就我籌算的人從遠方來。我已說出，就必成就；我已謀定，也必做成。

我們要惹主的嫉恨嗎？我們比他更強嗎？

撒母耳就把一切話都告訴以利，並沒有隱瞞。以利說：「他是耶和華，願他照他看為好的去做。」

只是他心志已定，誰能使他轉意呢？他心裏所願的，就行出來。

「強辯的豈可與全能者爭論？與神辯駁的可以回答吧！」

他心裏有智慧，且大有能力。誰向神剛硬而得平安呢？

沒有人能以智慧、聰明、謀略抵擋耶和華。

他安靜，誰能定罪呢？他轉臉，誰能見他呢？無論一國或一人都是如此。

既然神給他們恩賜，像在我們信主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣，我是誰，能攔阻神嗎？」

神坐在地的穹窿之上，地上的居民有如蚱蜢。他鋪張穹蒼如幔子，展開諸天如可住的帳棚。他使君王歸於虛無，使地上的審判官成為虛空。他們剛栽上，剛種好，根也剛扎在地裏，經他一吹，就都枯乾；旋風將他們吹去，像碎稭一樣。

你有神那樣的膀臂嗎？你能像他那樣發雷聲嗎？「你要以榮耀莊嚴為妝飾，以尊榮威嚴為衣服。你要發出你滿溢的怒氣，見一切驕傲的人，使他降卑；你見一切驕傲的人，將他制伏，把惡人踐踏在原來地方。

從他的居所察看地上每一個居民，

他待王子不徇情面，也不看重富足的過於貧寒的，因為他們都是他手所造的。一瞬間他們就死亡。百姓在半夜中被震動而去世；有權力的被奪去，非藉人手。「神的眼目觀看人的道路，察看他每一腳步。沒有黑暗，沒有死蔭，能給作惡者在那裏藏身。神不必再三傳人到他面前受審判。他毋須調查就粉碎有大能的人，指定別人代替他們。

萬民哪，你們都當聽這話！世上所有的居民，無論貴賤貧富，都當側耳而聽！

「看哪，你這話無理，我要回答你，因神比世人更大。你為何與他爭論：『他任何事都不向人解答』？

他說：「主啊！你是誰？」主說：「我就是你所迫害的耶穌。

使一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶穌的名，眾膝都要跪下，眾口都要宣認：耶穌基督是主，歸榮耀給父神。
