世間萬民、視若虛無、天上萬軍、世上萬民、隨意而待、無能禦之、無能詰之曰、爾何為、

All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him:“ What have you done?”

He considers all the nations on earth to be nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven. He does what he wants with the nations of the earth. No one can hold back his hand. No one can say to him,“ What have you done?”

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases.

Behold, the nations are as a drop in a bucket, And are counted as the small dust on the scales; Look, He lifts up the isles as a very little thing.And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, Nor its beasts sufficient for a burnt offering.All nations before Him are as nothing, And they are counted by Him less than nothing and worthless.

“ I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.

Whatever the Lord pleases He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places.

Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it?”

In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,

to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done.

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!“ For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?”“ Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?”For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

You will say to me then,“ Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?”But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it,“ Why have you made me like this?”

At that time Jesus answered and said,“ I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it— lest you even be found to fight against God.”

For“ who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

“ Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it,‘ What are you making?’ Or shall your handiwork say,‘ He has no hands’?Woe to him who says to his father,‘ What are you begetting?’ Or to the woman,‘ What have you brought forth?’”Thus says the Lord, The Holy One of Israel, and his Maker:“ Ask Me of things to come concerning My sons; And concerning the work of My hands, you command Me.

If He should set His heart on it, If He should gather to Himself His Spirit and His breath,All flesh would perish together, And man would return to dust.

With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.

If He takes away, who can hinder Him? Who can say to Him,‘ What are You doing?’God will not withdraw His anger, The allies of the proud lie prostrate beneath Him.

The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying,“ Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand:That I will break the Assyrian in My land, And on My mountains tread him underfoot. Then his yoke shall be removed from them, And his burden removed from their shoulders.This is the purpose that is purposed against the whole earth, And this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.For the Lord of hosts has purposed, And who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, And who will turn it back?”

Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying,‘ My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,’Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it.

Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?

Then Samuel told him everything, and hid nothing from him. And he said,“ It is the Lord. Let Him do what seems good to Him.”

“ But He is unique, and who can make Him change? And whatever His soul desires, that He does.

“ Shall the one who contends with the Almighty correct Him? He who rebukes God, let him answer it.”

God is wise in heart and mighty in strength. Who has hardened himself against Him and prospered?

There is no wisdom or understanding Or counsel against the Lord.

When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hides His face, who then can see Him, Whether it is against a nation or a man alone?—

If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?”

It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless.Scarcely shall they be planted, Scarcely shall they be sown, Scarcely shall their stock take root in the earth, When He will also blow on them, And they will wither, And the whirlwind will take them away like stubble.

Have you an arm like God? Or can you thunder with a voice like His?Then adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, And array yourself with glory and beauty.Disperse the rage of your wrath; Look on everyone who is proud, and humble him.Look on everyone who is proud, and bring him low; Tread down the wicked in their place.

From the place of His dwelling He looks On all the inhabitants of the earth;

Yet He is not partial to princes, Nor does He regard the rich more than the poor; For they are all the work of His hands.In a moment they die, in the middle of the night; The people are shaken and pass away; The mighty are taken away without a hand.“ For His eyes are on the ways of man, And He sees all his steps.There is no darkness nor shadow of death Where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.For He need not further consider a man, That he should go before God in judgment.He breaks in pieces mighty men without inquiry, And sets others in their place.

Hear this, all peoples; Give ear, all inhabitants of the world,

“ Look, in this you are not righteous. I will answer you, For God is greater than man.Why do you contend with Him? For He does not give an accounting of any of His words.

And he said,“ Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said,“ I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.”

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
