All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him:“ What have you done?”

He considers all the nations on earth to be nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven. He does what he wants with the nations of the earth. No one can hold back his hand. No one can say to him,“ What have you done?”

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

我们的神在天上，他所愿的一切，他都去行。

看哪！列国就像桶里的一滴水，又算如天平上的灰尘；看哪！他称量众海岛，就像称量微尘。黎巴嫩的树林不够当柴烧，其中的野兽也不够作燔祭。万国在他面前如同无有，在他看来，连虚无和虚空也算不上。

在诸天、在大地、在海洋和一切的深处，凡耶和华所愿的，他都去行。

亘古以来，我就是那一位。没有人能解救谁脱离我的手；我要行事，谁能逆转呢？”

在基督里，我们也得了继业，是照着那一位的心意而预先定下的，他按着自己旨意的计划来运作万事，

做成了你手和你计划所预定要成就的一切事。

哦，深奥啊！神的智慧和知识的财富！他的判断是多么地无法探究，他的道是多么地无法测度！“到底是谁知道主的心意？是谁做过他的谋士？又是谁首先给了主，使自己将来得到回报呢？”因为万有都是出于他、藉着他、归于他。愿荣耀归于他，直到永远！阿们。

那么，你会对我说：“既然如此，神为什么还要指责人呢？到底谁能抵挡他的旨意呢？”哦，人哪！你到底是谁，竟然向神顶嘴呢？被造的难道可以对造它的说：“你为什么把我造成这样呢？”

那时候，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我赞美你，因为你把这些事向有智慧的和有学问的人隐藏起来，而向小孩子们显明出来。是的，父啊！因为这正是你的美意。

但如果是出于神，你们就不能拆毁他们，恐怕你们反而被看做是与神作对了。”于是议会的人被迦玛列说服了，

“到底谁曾知道主的心意？到底谁将教导他呢？”但是我们有基督的心意了。

祸哉！那与他的塑造者争论的！他不过是地上瓦片中的片瓦。难道陶泥能对陶匠说：“你做的是什么东西？你做的怎么没有把手呢？”祸哉！你这样的人！你对父亲说：“你生下的是什么？”或对母亲说：“你产下的是什么？”以色列的圣者，以色列的塑造者耶和华如此说：“你们当问我即将来临的事！关于我的子民和我手的作为，难道你们要命令我吗？

我的心在夜间渴慕你，我里面的灵切切寻求你；你的审判临到大地的时候，世上的居民就学到公义。

愿全地都敬畏耶和华，愿世上所有的居民都惧怕他；因为他说有，就有；命立，就立。耶和华破坏列国的谋略，挫败万民的意念。耶和华的谋略确立，直到永远；他心里的意念存到万代。

万军之耶和华起誓说：“我怎样想，也必怎样成；我怎样策划，也必怎样成立。我要在我的地上摧毁亚述，在我的群山上把它践踏；它所加的轭必离开以色列人，它所加的重担必离开他们的肩头。”这就是对全地所策划的谋略，这就是向万国所伸出的手。要知道，万军之耶和华已经策划了，有谁能破坏呢？他的手已经伸出了，有谁能使其收回呢？

我从起初就宣告末后的事，从古时就宣告尚未成就的事。我说：‘我的筹算必成立，我所喜悦的一切，我都必成就。’我要把猛禽从东方召来，把成就我筹算的人从遥远之地召来。我已经说出，就必定使之实现；我计划了，就必定实行。

难道我们要激起主的嫉恨吗？难道我们比他更强吗？

于是撒母耳把一切话都告诉了他，没有向他隐瞒。以利说：“他是耶和华，愿他做自己眼中看为好的事吧。”

任何的智慧、聪慧和谋略，都无法在耶和华面前站立得住。

因此，神如果给了他们这相同的恩赐，就像在我们信靠主耶稣基督的时候也给了我们一样，那么，我是谁呢？难道能拦阻神吗？”

神坐在大地的圆穹之上，地上的居民好像蚱蜢。他展开诸天如幔子，铺张穹苍如居住的帐篷。他使掌权者归于无有，使地上的审判官形同虚设。他们刚被栽下，刚被种下，根茎刚在地里扎下，神向他们一吹气，他们就枯干了，狂风把他们像麦秸一样吹走。

他从自己所坐的地方，察看地上所有的居民。

万民哪，你们当听这话！当倾听，世上所有的居民哪——

他问：“主啊，你到底是谁？”主说：“我就是你所逼迫的耶稣。

好使天上、地上和地底下的一切，因耶稣的名都屈膝，万口为了父神的荣耀要承认耶稣基督是主。
