All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him:“ What have you done?”

He considers all the nations on earth to be nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven. He does what he wants with the nations of the earth. No one can hold back his hand. No one can say to him,“ What have you done?”

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

我们的上帝高居在天，按自己的旨意行事。

看啊，列国就像水桶中的一滴水，又如天平上的尘埃。祂举起众海岛，好像捧起微尘。黎巴嫩的树木不够作献祭的燃料，林中的走兽也不够作燔祭。万国在祂面前都算不得什么，在祂看来不过是虚无。

“我知道你无所不能，你的旨意无不成就。

耶和华在天上、地下、海洋、深渊按自己的旨意行事。

‘我从太初就是上帝。无人能逃脱我的手。谁能阻挠我行事呢？’”

我们也在基督里被拣选成为祂的子民。这都是按自己旨意行万事的上帝预先定下的计划，

然而他们所做的只不过是你凭自己的能力和旨意所预定的。

啊，上帝的智慧和知识多么博大精深！祂的判断多么难测！祂的踪迹多么难寻！谁曾知道主的心意？谁曾做过祂的谋士？谁曾给过祂，等祂偿还呢？因为万物都源于祂，倚靠祂，归于祂。愿荣耀归给祂，直到永远。阿们！

这样，你肯定会对我说：“为什么上帝还指责人呢？谁能抗拒祂的旨意呢？”你这个人啊！你是谁啊？竟敢顶撞上帝！受造之物怎能对造物主说：“你为什么把我造成这样？”

那时，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我颂赞你，因为你把这些事向聪明、有学问的人隐藏起来，却启示给像孩童一般的人。父啊，是的，这正是你的美意。

但如果是出于上帝，你们不但无法阻止他们，恐怕反而是在抵挡上帝！”

“谁曾知道主的心意，能够指教祂呢？”但我们明白基督的心意。

“跟造物主争辩的人有祸了！他不过是世上瓦器中的一件。陶泥怎能对陶匠说，‘你在做什么’？受造之物怎能说，‘造我的没手艺’？对父亲说‘你生的是什么’或对母亲说‘你产的是什么’的人有祸了！”耶和华——以色列的圣者和创造主说：“你们就我子民将来的事质问我吗？你们发号施令要告诉我如何做吗？

上帝若决定收回自己的灵和气，所有生灵将一同灭亡，世人也将归回尘土。

在夜间，我思慕你，我切切地寻求你。你在世上施行审判的时候，世人就知道何为公义。

愿普世都敬畏耶和华！愿世人都尊崇祂！因为祂一发话，就创造了天地；祂一命令，就立定了万物。祂挫败列国的谋算，拦阻列邦的计划。祂的计划永不落空，祂的旨意万代长存。

祂若夺取，谁能阻挡？谁敢问祂，‘你做什么？’上帝不会忍怒不发，海怪的帮手必屈膝在祂脚前。

万军之耶和华起誓说：“我的计划必实现，我的旨意必成就。我必在我的土地上击垮亚述人，在我的山上践踏他们，除去他们加在我子民身上的轭和重担。这是我对全世界所定的计划，是向列国伸出的惩罚之手。”万军之耶和华定了计划，谁能阻挠呢？祂的手已经伸出，谁能叫祂收回呢？

我从太初就预言末后的事，从亘古就宣布将来的事。我的旨意必成就，我的计划必实现。我从东方召来鸷鸟，从遥远的地方召人来成就我的计划。我言出必行，必成就自己的计划。

我们想惹主嫉妒吗？难道我们比祂更有能力吗？

撒母耳就一五一十地告诉了他。以利说：“祂是耶和华，祂看怎样好，就怎样行吧。”

祂独行其事，谁能阻挡祂？祂按自己的意愿行事。

“强辩者岂可与全能者争论？与上帝辩驳的人请作出答复。”

祂充满智慧，能力无比，谁能抗拒祂还可平安无恙？

任何智慧、悟性和谋略，都不能对抗耶和华。

但祂若保持缄默，谁能定祂有罪？祂若掩起脸来，谁能看得见祂？个人和国家都靠祂垂顾，

既然上帝给他们恩赐，就如我们信主耶稣基督时给我们一样，我是谁，怎能拦阻上帝？”

上帝的宝座设立在大地的圆圈之上，地上的人类好像蚱蜢。祂铺展诸天，就像铺展幔子、铺展人居住的帐篷。祂使掌权者归于无有，使世上的审判官化为虚无。他们像草一样刚被栽上，刚被种上，刚在土里扎根，上帝一口气吹来，便都枯干了，暴风将他们像禾秸一样吹去。

你有上帝那样的臂膀吗？你能像祂那样发出雷鸣吗？请展示你的荣耀和光辉，披上你的尊荣和威严；发泄你满腔的怒火，鉴察骄傲者，贬抑他；鉴察骄傲者，制服他，将恶人原地践踏；

从祂的居所察看世上万民。

祂不偏袒王侯，也不轻贫重富，因为他们都是祂亲手造的。他们夜间转瞬死去，百姓震颤，继而消逝，权贵也被铲除，非借人手。上帝鉴察世人的道路，观看他们的脚步。没有黑暗和阴影可供作恶者藏身。祂不必再三察验，把人召到面前审判。祂击垮权贵无需审查，另立他人取而代之。

万民啊，你们要听！世人啊，

“我来答复你，你的话没有道理，因为上帝比世人大。你为何向祂抱怨，说祂不理会世人的话？

他说：“主啊，你是谁？”那声音说：“我就是你所迫害的耶稣。

使一切天上的、地上的和地底下的，无不屈膝跪拜在耶稣的名下，无不口称耶稣基督是主，将荣耀归于父上帝。
