當驅逐爾、不與人偕居、而與獸錯處、嚙蒭若牛、以待七年之屆、俾知至上者、操權於寰區、隨意昇降、

眾必逐爾不與人偕居、使與野獸同居、食草若牛、如此歷七期、使爾知至上者、主掌人間之國、隨意以國賜人、

You will be driven away from people and will live with the wild animals; you will eat grass like the ox. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.”

He was driven from among the children of mankind, and his mind was made like that of a beast, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. He was fed grass like an ox, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, until he knew that the Most High God rules the kingdom of mankind and sets over it whom he will.

By me kings reign, and rulers decree what is just;by me princes rule, and nobles, all who govern justly.

He looses the bonds of kings and binds a waistcloth on their hips.He leads priests away stripped and overthrows the mighty.He deprives of speech those who are trusted and takes away the discernment of the elders.He pours contempt on princes and loosens the belt of the strong.

“ It is I who by my great power and my outstretched arm have made the earth, with the men and animals that are on the earth, and I give it to whomever it seems right to me.

He proclaimed aloud and said thus:‘ Chop down the tree and lop off its branches, strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the beasts flee from under it and the birds from its branches.But leave the stump of its roots in the earth, bound with a band of iron and bronze, amid the tender grass of the field. Let him be wet with the dew of heaven. Let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth.Let his mind be changed from a man’s, and let a beast’s mind be given to him; and let seven periods of time pass over him.The sentence is by the decree of the watchers, the decision by the word of the holy ones, to the end that the living may know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will and sets over it the lowliest of men.’

For this time I will send all my plagues on you yourself, and on your servants and your people, so that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth.

And he said,“ Tomorrow.” Moses said,“ Be it as you say, so that you may know that there is no one like the Lord our God.

Moses said to him,“ As soon as I have gone out of the city, I will stretch out my hands to the Lord. The thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know that the earth is the Lord’s.

so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the hand of the Lord is mighty, that you may fear the Lord your God forever.”

So now, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you alone are the Lord.”

They are driven out from human company; they shout after them as after a thief.In the gullies of the torrents they must dwell, in holes of the earth and of the rocks.Among the bushes they bray; under the nettles they huddle together.

I will give you the treasures of darkness and the hoards in secret places, that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who call you by your name.
