Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let him be given the mind of an animal, till seven times pass by for him.

“王又看到有一位守望者，就是一位圣者，从天上降下，说：‘你们当砍倒毁坏这树！然而你们当把带根的树桩留在地里，在田野的青草中用铁圈和铜圈套住——让他被天上的露水湿透，与田野的走兽一同有份，让七个时期从他流过。’

你必从人间被赶出，你的住处必与田野的走兽在一起；你必像牛那样吃牧草，被天上的露水湿透，让七个时期从你流过，直到你明白：至高者在人的国中掌权，他愿意把国赐给谁就赐给谁。

他经常被脚镣和铁链捆起来，然而他总是挣断铁链、打碎脚镣。没有人能制伏他。不管黑夜白昼，他常常在墓地和山上喊叫，又用石头砍自己。

我听见那身穿细麻衣、在河水之上的人说话；他向天举起左右手，指着永远活着的那一位起誓说：“要经过一期、二期、半期，当圣洁子民的力量被打碎时，这一切事就会成就。”

他必说话敌对至高者，折磨至高者的圣徒们，又企图更改所定的时候和法令；圣徒们将被交在他的手中一期、二期、半期。

北方王会再次兴起比先前更大的军团；过了几年的时间，他必率领大军，带着大量的装备汹涌而来。

让这子民的心麻木，耳朵发沉，眼睛蒙蔽，免得他们眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里领悟，回转过来，就得痊愈。”

耶稣刚上岸，那城里一个有鬼魔附身的人就迎面而来。这个人已经很长时间不穿衣服，不住在家里，而住在墓地里。他一看见耶稣，就喊叫起来，俯伏在耶稣面前，大声说：“至高神的儿子耶稣，我与你有什么关系？求求你不要折磨我！”这是因为耶稣吩咐污灵从那个人身上出来。原来污灵曾多次抓住那个人，虽然他被铁链和脚镣捆锁，被看守着，可是他挣断锁链，被鬼魔驱逐到旷野去。

但那妇人被赐予了大鹰的两个翅膀，使她可以飞到旷野，到她自己的地方；在那里她被供养一期，二期，又半期，远离那蛇的面。

这话还在王的口中，就有声音从天上降下，说：“尼布甲尼撒王啊，这是对你的宣告：你的国权从你那里被移除了！你必从人间被赶出，你的住处必与田野的走兽在一起；你必像牛那样吃牧草，让七个时期从你流过，直到你明白：至高者在人的国中掌权，他愿意把国赐给谁就赐给谁。”这话立刻就应验在尼布甲尼撒身上；他从人间被赶出，像牛那样吃牧草，身体被天上的露水湿透，直到他的头发长得像鹰的羽毛，指甲长得像鸟的爪子。

天地将要毁灭，你却继续存留；天地都要像衣服那样渐渐破旧。
