后来，大流士王传谕境内的各族、各邦、各语种的人，说：“愿你们大享平安！

传令官大声宣布说：“各族、各邦、各语种的人啊，王有令，

王回复利宏省长、伸帅书记及其住在撒玛利亚与幼发拉底河西一带的同僚，说：“愿你们平安！

当时，上帝的灵感动那三十位勇士的首领亚玛撒，他就说：“大卫啊，我们是你的人！耶西的儿子啊，我们拥护你！愿你无比昌盛！愿帮助你的人也都昌盛！因为你的上帝帮助你。”大卫便收留他们，派他们统领他的队伍。

你们蒙拣选是按照父上帝预先定好的旨意，借着圣灵得以圣洁，好顺服耶稣基督，并靠祂的血得到洁净。愿上帝赐给你们丰丰富富的恩典和平安！

愿我们的父上帝和主耶稣基督赐给你们恩典和平安！

现在我下令，不论何民、何邦、何族，若毁谤沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的上帝，必被碎尸万段，他们的家必沦为废墟，因为没有别的神明能这样施行拯救。”

祂庇护、拯救，在天上地下行神迹奇事，救但以理脱离狮子的口。”

一月十三日，王的书记被召来，他们以亚哈随鲁王的名义，照哈曼的吩咐，用各省的文字和各族的语言写谕旨，用王的戒指盖印，送交各总督、各省省长和各族首领。

众人听见这阵响声便赶过来，听见门徒在说他们各自的语言，都十分纳闷，

那时，十个来自列国、讲不同语言的人必拉住一个犹大人的衣角，说，让我们跟你们同去吧，因为我们听说上帝与你们同在。这是万军之耶和华说的。’”

三月，即西弯月二十三日，王的书记被召来，按照末底改的一切吩咐用各省的文字和各族的语言，包括犹太人的文字和语言写谕旨，传给从印度到古实的一百二十七省的犹太人、总督、省长和官员。

我问候所有住在罗马、上帝所爱、蒙召做圣徒的人。愿我们的父上帝和主耶稣基督赐给你们恩典和平安！

他得到权柄、荣耀和国度，各族、各邦、各语种的人都要事奉他。他的统治直到永远、没有穷尽，他的国度永不灭亡。
