Nebuchadnezzar exclaimed,“ Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent his angel and rescued his servants who trusted in him. They violated the king’s command and risked their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的上帝当受称颂！祂差遣天使拯救那些信靠祂的仆人。他们无视王命，宁肯死也不供奉、祭拜其他神明。

尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的神是应当称颂的，他差遣使者拯救那些倚靠他的仆人；他们违抗王的命令，宁愿舍命，除了自己的神以外，不肯事奉敬拜任何其他的神。

尼布甲尼撒就开口说：“沙德拉克、米沙克、亚伯尼哥的神是当受颂赞的！他派遣他的使者拯救了他的仆人们；他们信靠神，违抗王的命令，甚至舍弃己身，除了自己的神以外，不事奉、不膜拜任何其他神明。

尼布甲尼撒應時說：『沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的上帝是應當受祝頌的；他差遣他的使者，解救了他的僕人，就是那些信靠他的；他們挫折了王的命令，情願捨棄自己的身體，除了拜自己的上帝以外，不肯事奉任何神，不肯向任何神下拜。

尼布甲尼撒就開口說：「沙德拉克、米沙克、亞伯尼哥的神是當受頌讚的！他派遣他的使者拯救了他的僕人們；他們信靠神，違抗王的命令，甚至捨棄己身，除了自己的神以外，不事奉、不膜拜任何其他神明。

尼布甲尼撒曰、沙得拉米煞亞伯尼歌之上帝、宜頌美焉、遣其使救賴之之僕、彼背王命、自舍其身、於其上帝外、不事他神、而崇拜之、

王曰、沙得臘、米煞、亞伯尼坷、賴其上帝、余雖降命、彼寧焚其身、不拜他上帝、故上帝遣使救援、當頌美不已。

尼布甲尼撒遂曰、當頌美沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌之天主、因遣其使者救賴之之僕、彼能舍身、不遵王命、在其天主外、不拜他神、或作尼布甲尼撒曰沙得拉米煞亞伯尼歌舍身不遵王命在彼之天主以外不拜他神彼之天主當讚美因遣使者救賴之之僕

Then Nebuchadnezzar said,“ Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Then Nebuchadnezzar said,“ May the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego be praised! He has sent his angel and saved his servants. They trusted in him. They refused to obey my command. They were willing to give up their lives. They would rather die than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Nebuchadnezzar answered and said,“ Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel and delivered his servants, who trusted in him, and set aside the king’s command, and yielded up their bodies rather than serve and worship any god except their own God.

Then Nebuchadnezzar said,“ Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent his angel to rescue his servants who trusted in him. They defied the king’s command and were willing to die rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Nebuchadnezzar responded and said,“ Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed nego, who has sent His angel and rescued His servants who put their trust in Him, violating the king’s command, and surrendered their bodies rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying,“ Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God!

Nebuchadnezzar spake and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed- nego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and have yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

Nebuchadnezzar exclaimed,“ Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent His angel and rescued His servants who trusted in Him. They violated the king’s command and risked their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

[ Then] Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed[ be] the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

Nebuchadnezzar exclaimed,“ Praised be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent forth his angel and has rescued his servants who trusted in him, ignoring the edict of the king and giving up their bodies rather than serve or pay homage to any god other than their God!

Nebuchadnezzar spoke and said,“ Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel, and delivered his servants who trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and have yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

For none of us lives for himself, and no one dies for himself.If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.

But an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail during the night, brought them out, and said,

The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and rescues them.Taste and see that the LORD is good. How happy is the person who takes refuge in him!

Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship.

You will keep the mind that is dependent on you in perfect peace, for it is trusting in you.Trust in the LORD forever, because in the LORD, the LORD himself, is an everlasting rock!

and the LORD sent an angel who annihilated every valiant warrior, leader, and commander in the camp of the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria returned in disgrace to his land. He went to the temple of his god, and there some of his own children struck him down with the sword.

Do not bow in worship to them, and do not serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, bringing the consequences of the fathers’ iniquity on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me,

They conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; for they did not love their lives to the point of death.

But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.

Our ancestors trusted in you; they trusted, and you rescued them.They cried to you and were set free; they trusted in you and were not disgraced.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield. The LORD grants favor and honor; he does not withhold the good from those who live with integrity.Happy is the person who trusts in you, LORD of Armies!

The LORD values those who fear him, those who put their hope in his faithful love.

Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before him. God is our refuge. Selah

The king said to Daniel,“ Your God is indeed God of gods, Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, since you were able to reveal this mystery.”

He exclaimed,“ Look! I see four men, not tied, walking around in the fire unharmed; and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

Then the angel of the LORD went out and struck down one hundred eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians. When the people got up the next morning, there were all the dead bodies!

They received help against these enemies because they cried out to God in battle, and the Hagrites and all their allies were handed over to them. He was receptive to their prayer because they trusted in him.

I issue a decree that in all my royal dominion, people must tremble in fear before the God of Daniel: For he is the living God, and he endures forever; his kingdom will never be destroyed, and his dominion has no end.

Whatever is commanded by the God of the heavens must be done diligently for the house of the God of the heavens, so that wrath will not fall on the realm of the king and his sons.Be advised that you do not have authority to impose tribute, duty, and land tax on any priests, Levites, singers, doorkeepers, temple servants, or other servants of this house of God.And you, Ezra, according to God’s wisdom that you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people in the region west of the Euphrates who know the laws of your God and to teach anyone who does not know them.Anyone who does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let the appropriate judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.Blessed be the LORD, the God of our ancestors, who has put it into the king’s mind to glorify the house of the LORD in Jerusalem,and who has shown favor to me before the king, his counselors, and all his powerful officers. So I took courage because I was strengthened by the hand of the LORD my God, and I gathered Israelite leaders to return with me.

Happy is the one whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God,the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them. He remains faithful forever,

Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death, so that we would not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead.He has delivered us from such a terrible death, and he will deliver us. We have put our hope in him that he will deliver us again

He also said: Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem; Let Canaan be Shem’s slave.

Bless the LORD, all his angels of great strength, who do his word, obedient to his command.

so that we who had already put our hope in Christ might bring praise to his glory.In him you also were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and when you believed.

Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?

My God sent his angel and shut the lions’ mouths; and they haven’t harmed me, for I was found innocent before him. And also before you, Your Majesty, I have not done harm.”The king was overjoyed and gave orders to take Daniel out of the den. When Daniel was brought up from the den, he was found to be unharmed, for he trusted in his God.

At daybreak the angels urged Lot on:“ Get up! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away in the punishment of the city.”But he hesitated. Because of the LORD’s compassion for him, the men grabbed his hand, his wife’s hand, and the hands of his two daughters. They brought him out and left him outside the city.

In the morning they got up early and went out to the wilderness of Tekoa. As they were about to go out, Jehoshaphat stood and said,“ Hear me, Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem. Believe in the LORD your God, and you will be established; believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.”

Peter and John answered them,“ Whether it’s right in the sight of God for us to listen to you rather than to God, you decide;

Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared, and a light shone in the cell. Striking Peter on the side, he woke him up and said,“ Quick, get up!” And the chains fell off his wrists.“ Get dressed,” the angel told him,“ and put on your sandals.” And he did.“ Wrap your cloak around you,” he told him,“ and follow me.”So he went out and followed, and he did not know that what the angel did was really happening, but he thought he was seeing a vision.After they passed the first and second guards, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened to them by itself. They went outside and passed one street, and suddenly the angel left him.When Peter came to himself, he said,“ Now I know for certain that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from Herod’s grasp and from all that the Jewish people expected.”

But look, the LORD keeps his eye on those who fear him— those who depend on his faithful love

The person who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence indeed is the LORD, is blessed.He will be like a tree planted by water: it sends its roots out toward a stream, it doesn’t fear when heat comes, and its foliage remains green. It will not worry in a year of drought or cease producing fruit.

Then Jesus told him,“ Go away, Satan! For it is written: Worship the Lord your God, and serve only him.”

For our hearts rejoice in him because we trust in his holy name.

My eager expectation and hope is that I will not be ashamed about anything, but that now as always, with all courage, Christ will be highly honored in my body, whether by life or by death.

The LORD redeems the life of his servants, and all who take refuge in him will not be punished.

Any of his people among you, may his God be with him, and may he go to Jerusalem in Judah and build the house of the LORD, the God of Israel, the God who is in Jerusalem.

They were stoned, they were sawed in two, they died by the sword, they wandered about in sheepskins, in goatskins, destitute, afflicted, and mistreated.

Now if you’re ready, when you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, drum, and every kind of music, fall down and worship the statue I made. But if you don’t worship it, you will immediately be thrown into a furnace of blazing fire— and who is the god who can rescue you from my power?”Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to the king,“ Nebuchadnezzar, we don’t need to give you an answer to this question.If the God we serve exists, then he can rescue us from the furnace of blazing fire, and he can rescue us from the power of you, the king.But even if he does not rescue us, we want you as king to know that we will not serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up.”

I also issue a decree concerning any man who interferes with this directive: Let a beam be torn from his house and raised up; he will be impaled on it, and his house will be made into a garbage dump because of this offense.
