If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand.

We might be thrown into the blazing furnace. But the God we serve is able to bring us out of it alive. He will save us from your power.

If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.

So he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

For nothing will be impossible with God.”

You keep completely safe the people who maintain their faith, for they trust in you.Trust in the LORD from this time forward, even in Yah, the LORD, an enduring protector!

Do not be afraid of those to whom I send you, for I will be with you to protect you,” says the LORD.

Then Paul replied,“ What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be tied up, but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”

As he approached the den, he called out to Daniel in a worried voice,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, was your God whom you continually serve able to rescue you from the lions?”Then Daniel spoke to the king,“ O king, live forever!My God sent his angel and closed the lions’ mouths so that they have not harmed me, because I was found to be innocent before him. Nor have I done any harm to you, O king.”

But I do not consider my life worth anything to myself, so that I may finish my task and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news of God’s grace.

He will deliver you from six calamities; yes, in seven no evil will touch you.

He rescues and delivers and performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions!”

When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and a violent storm continued to batter us, we finally abandoned all hope of being saved.Since many of them had no desire to eat, Paul stood up among them and said,“ Men, you should have listened to me and not put out to sea from Crete, thus avoiding this damage and loss.And now I advise you to keep up your courage, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only the ship will be lost.For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve came to meand said,‘ Do not be afraid, Paul! You must stand before Caesar, and God has graciously granted you the safety of all who are sailing with you.’Therefore keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will be just as I have been told.

He mounted a winged angel and flew; he glided on the wings of the wind.He shrouded himself in darkness, in thick rain clouds.

The LORD is your protector; the LORD is the shade at your right hand.The sun will not harm you by day, or the moon by night.The LORD will protect you from all harm; he will protect your life.

Is anything impossible for the LORD? I will return to you when the season comes round again and Sarah will have a son.”

You will be reestablished when I vindicate you. You will not experience oppression; indeed, you will not be afraid. You will not be terrified, for nothing frightening will come near you.

They are like a dream after one wakes up. O Lord, when you awake you will despise them.
