不顧該隱、不歆其祭、該隱盛怒變色。

此事之先、人將執爾、窘逐爾、解爾於會堂、下爾於囹圄、為我名曳至王侯前、

人易怒、益爭競、人發憤、多罪愆。

哈曼見木底改不拜、則怒甚。既知其屬猶大族、意謂陷此一人、猶微事耳、將殲滅其眾於通國、俾無噍類。

石沙甚重、愚人之怒、殆有甚焉。

爾將為我故、解至侯王、為證於斯人、及異邦人、

寧遇失子之猛熊、莫遘橫逆之頑夫。
