他说：“但以理啊，你只管去吧！因为这些话语已经被隐藏、被封住了，直到末后的时期。

他又对我说：“不可封住这书上的预言之话，因为时候快到了。

至于所提到的有关两千三百个晚上和早晨的异象是真实的，但你要封住这异象，因为这是关于将来许多的日子。”

于是加百列来到我所站的地方。他一来，我就惊惶失措，脸伏于地。他对我说：“人子啊，你当领悟，这异象是关于末后的时期！”

当那七个雷发出了自己的声音，我正要写下来，却听见有声音从天上传来，说：“你要封住七个雷所说的话，不可写下来。”

到那日，耳聋之人必听见书卷上的话，瞎眼之人的眼睛必脱离迷蒙黑暗得以看见；卑微人将因耶和华乐上加乐，世人中的贫穷人将因以色列的圣者而快乐；

这天国的福音将被传遍天下，好对万国做见证，然后结局才会到来。

你要收起诫命，在我的门徒中封住训诲。

在我整个圣山上，这一切都不会带来伤害或毁灭；因为有关耶和华的知识必充满大地，如同众水盈满海洋。

随后，我看见另一位天使在空中飞翔；他带着永恒的福音要传给住在地上的人，传给各国家、各支派、各语言群体、各民族。他大声说：“你们当敬畏神，把荣耀归给他，因为他审判的时候到了。你们当敬拜造了天、地、海和众水泉源的那一位。”

子民中那些明达的人会使许多人有悟性，但在一段日子里，他们会倒在刀剑或火焰之下，倒在被掳或掳掠中。

能看的人，他们的眼睛不会再封闭；能听的人，他们的耳朵必会留心听。

至于你，你只管去吧，直到你的结局！你必安息，到了末后的那些日子，你必起来得你的份。”

“末后的时期，南方王会与他冲撞。北方王必带着战车、马兵和许多战船，暴风般地攻击他，并侵入列国，如洪水漫溢，纵横穿越。

波斯王居鲁士三年，有话语启示给那名字称为伯提沙撒的但以理。这话语是真实的，是关于大争战；但以理领悟了这话语，也领悟了这异象。

那么我要说，他们难道没有听过吗？当然听过——“那声音传遍了天下，那话语传到了地极。”

在耶和华包扎他子民伤口的日子，在治愈他所击打之创伤的时候，月光必像日光，日光必加增七倍，像七日的光一样。
