自去日所獻之祭品、置殘賊可惡之物於彼、必閱一千二百九十日、

“ From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.

“ The daily sacrifices will be stopped. And the hated thing that destroys will be set up. After that, there will be 1,290 days.

And from the time that the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be 1,290 days.

“ From the time the daily sacrifice is stopped and the sacrilegious object that causes desecration is set up to be worshiped, there will be 1,290 days.

“ From the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days.

Forces from him will arise, desecrate the sanctuary fortress, and do away with the regular sacrifice. And they will set up the abomination of desolation.

And he will confirm a covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come the one who makes desolate, until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, gushes forth on the one who makes desolate.”

“ Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place— let the reader understand—

“ Now when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not be— let the reader understand— then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.

Leave out the courtyard which is outside the temple and do not measure it, because it has been given to the nations; and they will trample the holy city for forty two months.

A mouth was given to him speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty two months was given to him.

And he will speak against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be handed over to him for a time, times, and half a time.

And the vision of the evenings and mornings Which has been told is true; But as for you, keep the vision secret, Because it pertains to many days in the future.”

It even exalted itself to be equal with the Commander of the army; and it removed the regular sacrifice from Him, and the place of His sanctuary was overthrown.And because of an offense the army will be given to the horn along with the regular sacrifice; and it will hurl truth to the ground and do as it pleases and be successful.Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that particular one who was speaking,“ How long will the vision about the regular sacrifice apply, while the offense causes horror, so as to allow both the sanctuary and the army to be trampled?”And he said to me,“ For 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be properly restored.”

Then the woman fled into the wilderness where she* had a place prepared by God, so that there she would be nourished for 1,260 days.

“ Please put your servants to the test for ten days, and let us be given some vegetables to eat and water to drink.
