他还把他们的神像、铸造的偶像，与他们宝贵的金银器具一同掳掠到埃及。此后数年，他不再攻击北方王。后来，北方王必侵入南方王的国，然后返回本国。

后来，会有一个勇猛的王兴起，他必执掌大权，任意而行；但他兴起以后，他的王权必被打碎，向着天的四方分开，不会归于他的后代，也不会像他曾经执掌的权势那样；因为他的王权必被拔出，归于他后代以外的人。
