二王居心行惡、同席言誑、然所謀不成、迨及所定之期、其事乃終、

斯二王心懷惡意、同席筵宴、偽言和好、然謀不能成、因此事必至所定之期、始可了然、

The two kings, with their hearts bent on evil, will sit at the same table and lie to each other, but to no avail, because an end will still come at the appointed time.

The kings of Syria and Egypt will sit at the same table. But in their hearts they will plan to do what is evil. And they will tell lies to each other. But it will not do them any good. God will put an end to their plans at his appointed time.

And as for the two kings, their hearts shall be bent on doing evil. They shall speak lies at the same table, but to no avail, for the end is yet to be at the time appointed.

智者亦有隕亡、以鍊乎眾、潔之白之、直至末期、蓋此事有定期焉、

圖維奸惡、自謂我成妙策兮、所存心意、乃甚深兮、

蓋此啟示、有定期焉、其終極必速至、決不虛誑、雖則遲延、爾其待之、因其必臨、不濡滯也、

勿食眈眈者之餅、勿貪其珍饈、其心若何、為人亦若何、雖曰式食式飲、而心不在爾、則爾所食少許、必復哇之、所致美詞、歸虛費矣、

曰、我以震怒末期、所有之事示爾、蓋此異象、乃關末日之定期也、

末期既屆、南王將與之戰、北王逆之、勢若旋風、率車騎及艨艟、侵其諸國、衝而過之、

非也、爾心造惡、且於地上、衡施強暴兮、

強暴者歟、何為以惡自詡、上帝之慈惠永存兮、

謀惡者心存詭譎、勸和者必得喜樂、

口溫而心惡、猶以銀滓包瓦器、

七月、宗室以利沙瑪孫、尼探雅子、王之臣僕以實瑪利、與從者十人至米斯巴、見亞希甘子基大利、在彼與之共食、尼探雅子以實瑪利、與從者十人起、以刃擊沙番孫、亞希甘子基大利、即巴比倫王所立為斯土方伯者、在米斯巴偕基大利之猶大人、及所遇之武士迦勒底人、以實瑪利亦殺之、

人心多謀、惟耶和華之志必成、

兄弟乎、言及時期、無庸書以示爾、

爾當曰、主耶和華云、厥樹豈得繁盛乎、彼鷹豈不拔其根、摘其果、俾其憔悴、嫩葉枯槁乎、毋庸強臂眾民、拔其根株、

波斯王古列三年、有一事示但以理、稱伯提沙撒者、其事誠確、關乎大戰、但以理洞悉其事、明此異象、

押沙龍曰、如爾不往、則請許兄暗嫩偕往、王曰、彼偕爾往、曷故、

問耶穌曰、主、爾以國復以色列、即此時乎、耶穌曰、時與日、乃父以己權所定、非爾可知也、

迨及定期、復反而至南方、然是次之至、不如初次、

蓋上帝已定一日、將以所立之人、義鞫天下、乃自死復起之、俾眾徵信焉、○

斯世之人、卑者虛無、尊者妄誕、置之於衡則起、皆輕於氣兮、
