後來，會有一個勇猛的王興起，他必執掌大權，任意而行；

我看見公山羊接近公綿羊，怒氣衝衝地撞擊牠，折斷了牠的兩隻犄角，公綿羊就沒有力量在公山羊面前站立得住。公山羊把牠撞倒在地，踩踏牠，沒有誰能解救公綿羊脫離公山羊的權勢。

我看見那公綿羊向西、向北、向南衝撞，沒有野獸能在牠面前站立得住，也沒有誰能解救牠們脫離牠的權勢；牠任意而行，並高抬自己。

然後湧入猶大，漫溢氾濫，高達頸項！他展開的翅膀，遍滿你廣闊的土地，以馬內利啊！」

他必在兩海之間的榮美聖山上搭起他的王宮帳幕，但他的結局將要來到，沒有人幫助他。
