Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I am come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I go forth, lo, the prince of Greece shall come.

他说：“你知道我为什么要到你这里来吗？现在我要回去与波斯的守护神争战。我离开后，希腊的守护神就会来。

他说：“现在我要回去和波斯的护卫天使作战；我一离去，希腊的护卫天使就要来。但你知道我为什么到你这里来吗？

他就说：“你明白我为什么到你这里来吗？现在我要回去与波斯的护卫天使争战，我一离去，看哪，希腊的护卫天使就会来！

他就說：「你知道我為何來見你嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的魔君爭戰，我去後，希臘的魔君必來。

他說：「你知道我為甚麼到你這裏來嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的領袖爭戰，我去了之後，看哪，希臘的領袖必來。

他說：「你知道我為甚麼到你這裏來嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的領袖爭戰，我去了之後，看哪，希臘的領袖必來。

他說：「你知道我為什麼要到你這裡來嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的守護神爭戰。我離開後，希臘的守護神就會來。

他說：“現在我要回去和波斯的護衛天使作戰；我一離去，希臘的護衛天使就要來。但你知道我為甚麼到你這裡來嗎？

他就說：『你知道我為甚麼來找你麼？現在我要回去跟波斯的護衛天使爭戰；我出戰完了，你看吧，希臘的護衛天使就必來。

他就說：「你明白我為什麼到你這裡來嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的護衛天使爭戰，我一離去，看哪，希臘的護衛天使就會來！

彼曰、我之詣爾、爾知其故乎、今我將返、與波斯之君戰、我既去、希臘之君必至、

彼曰我至爾所、非無故也、頃必復至、巴西與其君鬥、厥後雅番君將至、

彼又曰、我至爾所、爾知其故乎、今我欲歸、與護巴西之君戰、我往後、護雅完之君必至、

So he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? Soon I will return to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come;

Then he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? But now I will return to fight against the prince of Persia; and when I go out, behold, the prince of Greece will come.

He replied,“ Do you know why I have come? Soon I must return to fight against the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia, and after that the spirit prince of the kingdom of Greece will come.

He said,“ Do you know why I’ve come to you? I must return at once to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I leave, the prince of Greece will come.

Then he said,“ Do you understand why I came to you? But I shall now return to fight against the prince of Persia; so I am leaving, and behold, the prince of Greece is about to come.

Then he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come.

He said,“ Do you know why I’ve come to you? I must return at once to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I leave, the prince of Greece will come.

Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.

He said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? Now I am about to return to engage in battle with the prince of Persia. When I go, the prince of Greece is coming.

Then he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? Now I will return to fight with the prince of Persia. When I go out, behold, the prince of Greece will come.

And the rough he- goat is the king of Greece: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.

And now will I show thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and when he is waxed strong through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Greece.And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven, but not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion wherewith he ruled; for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others besides these.

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days; but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me: and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

And as I was considering, behold, a he- goat came from the west over the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.And he came to the ram that had the two horns, which I saw standing before the river, and ran upon him in the fury of his power.And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with anger against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns; and there was no power in the ram to stand before him; but he cast him down to the ground, and trampled upon him; and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.And the he- goat magnified himself exceedingly: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and instead of it there came up four notable horns toward the four winds of heaven.

And immediately an angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

And the angel of Jehovah went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand; and when men arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

After this I beheld, and, lo, another, like a leopard, which had upon its back four wings of a bird; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
