But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia.

But the prince of Persia opposed me for 21 days. Then Michael came to help me. He is one of the leaders of the angels. He helped me win the battle over the king of Persia.

“那时，保佑你本国之民的天使长米迦勒必站起来，并且有大艰难，从有国以来直到此时，没有这样的。你本国的民中，凡名录在册上的，必得拯救。

天使长米迦勒为摩西的尸首与魔鬼争辩的时候，尚且不敢用毁谤的话罪责他，只说：“主责备你吧！”。

在天上就有了争战。米迦勒同他的使者与龙争战，龙也同它的使者去争战，

他就说：“你知道我为何来见你吗？现在我要回去与波斯的魔君争战，我去后，希腊的魔君必来。但我要将那录在真确书上的事告诉你。除了你们的大君米迦勒之外，没有帮助我抵挡这两魔君的。”

耶稣已经进入天堂，在神的右边；众天使和有权柄的，并有能力的，都服从了他。

你们在他里面也得了丰盛。他是各样执政掌权者的元首。

因我们并不是与属血气的争战，乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。

所以我们有意到你们那里；我保罗有一两次要去，只是撒但阻挡了我们。

天使又指给我看：大祭司约书亚站在耶和华的使者面前；撒但也站在约书亚的右边，与他作对。耶和华向撒但说：“撒但哪，耶和华责备你！就是拣选耶路撒冷的耶和华责备你！这不是从火中抽出来的一根柴吗？”

那地的民，就在犹大人建造的时候，使他们的手发软，扰乱他们；从波斯王居鲁士年间，直到波斯王大流士登基的时候，贿买谋士，要败坏他们的谋算。在亚哈随鲁才登基的时候，上本控告犹大和耶路撒冷的居民。

于是，在耶路撒冷神殿的工程就停止了，直停到波斯王大流士第二年。
