At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.

After the ten days Daniel and his friends looked healthy and well fed. In fact, they looked better than any of the young men who ate the king’s food.

你们要事奉耶和华你们的神，他就必赐福你的粮和你的水，我也必从你们中间除去疾病。

耶和华所赐的福使人富足，并不加上愁烦。

万军之耶和华说：“你们若不听从，若不放在心上，不把荣耀归给我的名，我就使咒诅临到你们中间，我要咒诅你们应得的福分，并且已经咒诅了，因为你们没有把这命令放在心上。

“如果你实在听从耶和华你的神的话，谨守遵行他的一切诫命，就是我今日吩咐你的，耶和华你的神必使你超过地上所有的民族。如果你听从耶和华你的神的话，以下这一切福气必临到你身上，必把你追上。你在城里必蒙福，在田间也必蒙福。你身所生的、土地所出的、牲畜所出的、牛生殖的和羊所产的，都必蒙福。你的篮子和你的抟面盆，都必蒙福。你出必蒙福，你入也必蒙福。“那起来攻击你的仇敌，耶和华必使他们在你面前被击败；他们从一条路出来攻击你，必在你面前从七条路逃跑。在你的仓房里和你手所办的一切事上，耶和华必吩咐福气临到你；在耶和华你的神赐给你的地上，他必赐福给你。如果你谨守耶和华你的神的诫命，遵守他的道路，耶和华就必照着他向你起过的誓，立你作他自己的圣民。地上万民见你被称为耶和华名下的人，就必惧怕你。在耶和华向你列祖起誓应许要赐给你的土地上，他必使你身上所生的、牲畜所产的、土地所出的，都丰富有余。耶和华必为你打开他天上的宝库，按时降雨在你的地上，在你手里所作的一切事上赐福给你；你要借贷给许多国的民，却不会向人借贷。耶和华必使你作头不作尾，居上不居下，只要你听从耶和华你的神的诫命，就是我今日吩咐你的，谨守遵行；不可偏离我今日吩咐你的一切话，不偏左也不偏右，以致去随从和事奉别的神。

耶稣拿起这五个饼、两条鱼，望着天，祝谢了；然后把饼擘开，递给门徒摆在群众面前，又把两条鱼也分给群众。大家都吃了，并且吃饱了。

“你们期望丰收，反倒歉收；你们收到家里的，我就吹去。”为什么呢？万军之耶和华说：“因为我的殿宇荒废，你们各人却为自己的房屋奔驰。

你们撒的种多，收割的却少；你们吃，却吃不饱；你们喝，却喝不足；你们穿衣服，却穿不暖；得工钱的，却把工钱放在破袋里。”

有一个人从巴力．沙利沙来，他带给神人二十个用初熟大麦做的饼，还有新穗子，装在他的袋子里；以利沙说：“把这些给众人吃吧！”他的仆人说：“我怎能把这一些食物摆在一百个人面前呢？”神人说：“给众人吃吧，因为耶和华这样说：‘他们要吃，而且还有剩下的。’”于是仆人摆在众人面前，他们都吃，而且还有剩下的，正如耶和华所说的。
