應知吾身雖遐、吾神實邇、見爾等之循規蹈矩、實事求是、信仰基督、確乎不拔、而感無限之欣慰焉。

For though I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how disciplined you are and how firm your faith in Christ is.

So even though I am away from you in body, I am with you in spirit. And I am glad to see that you are controlling yourselves. I am happy that your faith in Christ is so strong.

For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ.

你们要警醒，要在信仰上站立得稳，要作大丈夫，要刚强。

弟兄们，我们被迫暂时离开你们，不过是身体离开，心却没有离开。我们非常渴望再见到你们。

你们要用坚强的信心抵挡他，因为知道你们在世上的弟兄，也经历过同样的苦难。

我身体虽然不在你们那里，心灵却与你们在一起，好像我亲身在那里审判了作这件事的人，就是当你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚集在一起，我的灵在那里，我们主耶稣的权能也同在的时候，

凡事都要规规矩矩地按着次序行。

所以，我亲爱的弟兄们，你们务要坚固，不可动摇，常常竭力多作主工，因为知道你们的劳苦，在主里面不是徒然的。

如果我们把起初的信念坚持到底，就是有分于基督的人了。

所以，亲爱的，你们既然预先知道了，就要谨慎，免得受恶人的错谬引导，就从自己坚固的地步上坠落。你们却要在我们的主、救主耶稣基督的恩典和知识上长进。愿荣耀归给他，从现在直到永远。阿们。

免得他们像他们的列祖，成了顽梗悖逆的一代，心不坚定的一代，他们的心对神不忠。

他们的心对他不坚定，也不忠于和他所立的约。

如果你们在主里站立得稳，我们就可以活下去了。

我们有这盼望，就像灵魂的锚，又稳当又坚固，通过幔子直进到里面。

此外，还有很多燔祭牲和平安祭牲的脂肪，以及和燔祭同献的奠祭很多。这样，耶和华殿里的事奉就重新恢复了。

如果有人饿了，就应当在家里先吃，免得你们聚集在一起的时候受到审判。其余的事，我来的时候再作安排。

他们恒心遵守使徒的教训，彼此相通、擘饼和祈祷。

拿俄米看路得坚决要跟她走，就不再多费唇舌了。

我愿意你们知道，我为你们和在老底嘉的人，以及所有没有跟我见过面的人，是怎样竭力奋斗，
