昔爾曹縱肉體之慾、死於罪愆、今天主赦爾諸罪、俾爾同基督復活、

夫爾等本已死於罪中、縱情恣慾、漫無克制、而天主竟賜爾等與基督同生、惠然赦免吾人宿罪、

When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

At one time you were dead in your sins. Your desires controlled by sin were not circumcised. But God gave you new life together with Christ. He forgave us all our sins.

And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins.

And when you were dead in trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made you alive with him and forgave us all our trespasses.

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,

And you, being dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, you, I say, did he make alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses;

And when you were dead in trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive with Him and forgave us all our trespasses.

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

And even though you were dead in your transgressions and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, he nevertheless made you alive with him, having forgiven all your transgressions.

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

And you were dead in your offenses and sins,

even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ( by grace you have been saved),and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

So also it is written:“ The first man, Adam, became a living person.” The last Adam was a life giving spirit.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Therefore remember that previously you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called“ Uncircumcision” by the so called“ Circumcision” which is performed in the flesh by human hands—

For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died;and He died for all, so that those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose on their behalf.

and do not go on presenting the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body’s parts as instruments of righteousness for God.

You who have shown me many troubles and distresses Will revive me again, And will bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.

But we had to celebrate and rejoice, because this brother of yours was dead and has begun to live, and was lost and has been found.’ ”

This is my comfort in my misery, That Your word has revived me.

Let the wicked abandon his way, And the unrighteous person his thoughts; And let him return to the Lord, And He will have compassion on him, And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

For this reason it says,“ Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.”

You fool! That which you sow does not come to life unless it dies;

for this son of mine was dead and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.’ And they began to celebrate.

I am writing to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven you on account of His name.

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.

They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord,“ for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.”

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh provides no benefit; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit, and are life.

Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

“ Come now, and let us debate your case,” Says the Lord,“ Though your sins are as scarlet, They shall become as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.

The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones.He had me pass among them all around, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley; and behold, they were very dry.Then He said to me,“ Son of man, can these bones live?” And I answered,“ Lord God, You Yourself know.”Again He said to me,“ Prophesy over these bones and say to them,‘ You dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.’This is what the Lord God says to these bones:‘ Behold, I am going to make breath enter you so that you may come to life.And I will attach tendons to you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin, and put breath in you so that you may come to life; and you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a loud noise, and behold, a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to its bone.And I looked, and behold, tendons were on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them.Then He said to me,“ Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath,‘ The Lord God says this:“ Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, so that they come to life.” ’ ”So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath entered them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

But He said to him,“ Allow the dead to bury their own dead; but as for you, go and proclaim everywhere the kingdom of God.”

I direct you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who testified the good confession before Pontius Pilate,

( as it is written:“ I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, that is, God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that do not exist.

But are you willing to acknowledge, you foolish person, that faith without works is useless?

For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel After those days, declares the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds, And write them on their hearts. And I will be their God, And they shall be My people.And they will not teach, each one his fellow citizen, And each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ For they will all know Me, From the least to the greatest of them.For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings, And their sins I will no longer remember.”

But she who indulges herself in luxury is dead, even while she lives.

In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.

How blessed is he whose wrongdoing is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!
