我儕聞之、為爾祈禱不輟、願爾感聖神得智慧、備知其旨、

故我儕自聞之之日、為爾祈禱不已、俾爾充諸靈智靈識、洞悉其旨、

是以我儕自聞之之時、為爾祈禱不已、求主俾爾得諸睿智靈慧、盡知其旨、

吾人逖聽之餘、即不輟為爾祈求、賜爾靈慧妙識、俾能切身體認天主弘旨、臻於圓融洞澈之地；

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,

That’s why we have not stopped praying for you. We have been praying for you since the day we heard about you. We keep asking God to fill you with the knowledge of what he wants. We pray he will give you the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.

由上之智、即廉潔、和平、溫良、寛恕、恆存矜恤善行、絕諸偏視偽為、

慎爾所行、以待會外之人、寸陰是惜、

有人智不足、當求上帝、上帝博施、不汝瑕疵、必賜所求、

我祈禱、欲爾仁愛智慧、日以滋多、可辯異同、心純無礙、以待基督臨日、賴耶穌基督集義之果、彰上帝之榮譽、

爾以善行、使不知者無辭以對、此即上帝所命、

願上帝念耶穌基督、使雨為善、德無不備、常遵厥旨、務悅其意、亦願榮華歸之、世世靡暨、

我聞爾信主耶穌、愛諸聖徒、故為爾稱謝不息、祈禱間緬懷爾、求吾主耶穌基督之上帝、即榮耀之父、賜爾以智慧、默示之神、使爾識主、心目克明、知其召爾所望之福何如、聖徒之業、其富有何如、且知上帝有莫大之能、力行於信者中、昔以大力甦基督、在天坐己右、

我為爾祈禱、無時或忘、否則犯罪於耶和華。又必以善道真理指示於爾。

爾為我之上帝、請爾指示、遵從爾命、爾之神無不善、祈導我於坦途兮、

為此、我儕常為爾祈禱、望我上帝鑒爾、可得此福、盡厥善意、助爾信主力行、

祈禱不輟、

爾必恆忍遵上帝命、以得所許之福、

勿從世、心維新、以明上帝所喜全善之意、

為此、吾曲跽於吾主耶穌基督父前、天地全家、因彼而稱名、故我禱曰、求父依己富有、以厥神賜爾心中剛健、使基督因爾信而居爾心、基督之仁愛、人不可測、願爾安仁、根深址固、則與諸聖徒共識其長闊高深、得上帝之盛以為盛焉、

我儕每為爾祈禱、謝吾主耶穌基督之父上帝者、因聞爾信耶穌基督、愛諸聖徒、

基督之道、充塞爾中、懷厥智慧彼此勸誨、以詩章、歌頌、神賦、虔心頌主、

在吾父上帝前、每念爾信主而行、仁愛而勞、望吾主耶穌基督而恆忍、

世不能常存、所圖豈能久乎、惟遵上帝旨者恆在、

此道傳至爾、爾聞之、誠知上帝恩而結果、亦傳至天下而結果焉、

於是智慧益彰、

我謝上帝、祈禱間、常緬懷爾、

每祈禱間、歡然為爾眾求、

爾同邑基督僕以巴弗請爾安、斯人恆為爾竭力祈禱、願爾樹立全備悉遵上帝旨、

不可不智、務悉主心、

勿效取悅於人者、第目前服役、必效基督僕、專心遵上帝志、

今而後、生於世、勿從人欲、乃順上帝旨、

人遵其旨、必知斯道、或由上帝、或由己言、

以明主所悅、

我恆思爾法、故較師傅、尤通達兮、

我法祖清心事上帝、今謝上帝、晝夜祈禱、緬懷爾不輟、念爾涕泗、戀慕欲見爾、俾我暢然喜悅、

夫爾有信、舉世聲聞、故或賴耶穌基督、為爾眾謝我上帝、我一心以其子福音事上帝、上帝監我、緬懷爾不置、祈禱間常求上帝、賜我坦途、終能就爾、

蓋爾蒙其厚賚、大獲口才智慧、

彼得拘幽於獄、教會為之切祈上帝、
