因此，我们自从听见的日子就不住地为你们祷告和祈求，愿你们满有一切属灵的智慧和悟性，真正知道神的旨意，

為此，我們自從聽到這事的那一天起，就不斷地為你們禱告和祈求：願你們藉著一切屬靈的智慧和悟性，能被神旨意的真正知識所充滿；

故我儕自聞之之日、為爾祈禱不已、俾爾充諸靈智靈識、洞悉其旨、

我儕聞之、為爾祈禱不輟、願爾感聖神得智慧、備知其旨、

是以我儕自聞之之時、為爾祈禱不已、求主俾爾得諸睿智靈慧、盡知其旨、

吾人逖聽之餘、即不輟為爾祈求、賜爾靈慧妙識、俾能切身體認天主弘旨、臻於圓融洞澈之地；

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,

That’s why we have not stopped praying for you. We have been praying for you since the day we heard about you. We keep asking God to fill you with the knowledge of what he wants. We pray he will give you the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.

For this reason also, since the day we heard this, we haven’t stopped praying for you. We are asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,

For this reason we also, since the day we heard about it, have not ceased praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

惟独从上头来的智慧，先是清洁，后是和平、温良、柔顺，满有怜悯和美善的果子，没有偏私，没有虚伪。

你们要把握时机，用智慧与外人来往。

你们中间若有缺少智慧的，该求那厚赐与众人又不斥责人的神，神必赐给他。

我所祷告的就是：要你们的爱心，在知识和各样见识上，不断增长，使你们能分辨是非，在基督的日子作真诚无可指责的人，更靠着耶稣基督结满仁义的果子，归荣耀称赞给神。

因为神的旨意原是要你们以行善来堵住糊涂无知人的口。

在各样善事上装备你们，使你们遵行他的旨意；又藉着耶稣基督在我们里面行他所喜悦的事。愿荣耀归给他，直到永永远远。阿们！

因此，我既然听见你们对主耶稣有信心，对众圣徒有爱心，就不住地为你们感谢神，祷告的时候常常提到你们，求我们主耶稣基督的神，荣耀的父，把那赐人智慧和启示的灵赐给你们，使你们真正认识他，照亮你们心中的眼睛，使你们知道他呼召你们来得的指望是什么，他在圣徒中所得荣耀的基业是何等丰盛，并知道他向我们这些信的人所显的能力是何等浩大，这是照他的大能大力运行的。这大能曾运行在基督身上，使他从死人中复活，又使他在天上坐在自己的右边，

至于我，我如果停止为你们祷告，就得罪耶和华了，我绝不会这样做。我必以善道正路指教你们。

求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神；愿你至善的灵引我到平坦之地。

为此，我们常为你们祷告，愿我们的神看你们与他的呼召相配，又用大能成就你们一切良善的美意和因信心所做的工作，

不住地祷告，

你们必须忍耐，使你们行完了神的旨意，可以获得所应许的。

不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。

因此，我在父面前屈膝—天上地上的各家都是从他得名的—为要他按着他丰盛的荣耀，藉着他的灵，使你们内心的力量刚强起来；又要他使基督因着你们的信住在你们心里，使你们既在爱中生根立基，能够和众圣徒一同明白基督的爱是何等的长、阔、高、深，并知道这爱是超过人的知识所能测度的，为要使你们充满神一切的丰盛。

我们为你们祷告的时候，常常感谢我们主耶稣基督的父神，因为听见你们对基督耶稣的信心，并对众圣徒有的爱心。

当用各样的智慧，把基督的道丰丰富富的存在心里，用诗篇、赞美诗、灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，以感恩的心歌颂神。

在我们的父神面前，不住地记念你们因信心所做的工作，因爱心所受的劳苦，因盼望我们主耶稣基督所存的坚忍。

这世界和世上的情欲都要消逝，惟独那遵行神旨意的人永远常存。

这福音传到你们那里，也传到普天下，并且继续增长，不断结果，正如自从你们听见福音，真正知道神恩惠的日子起，在你们中间也是这样。

充充足足地赏给我们的。他以诸般的智慧聪明，

我在祷告中记念你的时候，常为你感谢我的神，

每逢为你们众人祈求的时候，总是欢欢喜喜地祈求，

有一位你们那里的人，作基督耶稣仆人的以巴弗问候你们。他祷告的时候常为你们竭力祈求，愿你们能站稳而成熟，充分确信神一切的旨意。

不要作糊涂人，要明白主的旨意如何。

不要只在人的眼前这样做，像仅是讨人的喜欢，而是作基督的仆人，从心里遵行神的旨意，

使你们从今以后不再随从人的情欲，只顺从神的旨意，在世度余下的光阴。

人若立志要遵行神的旨意，就会知道这教导究竟是出于神，还是我凭着自己说的。

总要察验什么是主所喜悦的事。

我比我的教师更通达，因我思想你的法度。

我感谢神，就是我接续祖先用纯洁的良心所事奉的神，在祈祷中昼夜不停地想念你。我一想起你的眼泪，就急切想见你，好让我满心快乐。

首先，我靠着耶稣基督，为你们众人感谢我的神，因你们的信德传遍了天下。我在他儿子的福音上，用心灵所事奉的神可以见证，我怎样不住地提到你们，在我的祷告中常常恳求，或许照神的旨意，最终我能毫无阻碍地往你们那里去。

因为你们在他里面凡事富足，具有各种口才、各样知识，

于是彼得被囚在监里，教会却为他切切祷告神。
