此已及爾、亦猶徧及天下、結實而增益、與在爾中無異、自爾聞之之日、而誠知上帝恩也、

方今普天之下、福音正在結實蕃衍、爾中亦復如是。蓋爾等自聞道以還

that has come to you. In the same way, the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world— just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God’s grace.

This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives, just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about God’s wonderful grace.

非爾選我、乃我選爾、且命爾往而結果、而爾果恆存、則爾託我名凡求於父者、父必賜爾、

賴耶穌基督、得充滿義果、使人歸榮天主、稱頌天主、○

主向以色列族施恩慈與誠實、以踐前言、四極之人、共見我天主之拯救、

兄弟、我欲爾知、我屢立志就爾、欲在爾中得果、如在他國之人然、但至今猶有所阻、

惟爾止於信、堅立於基、不移於福音之望、此福音、乃爾所聞、已傳於天下萬人、我保羅為此福音之役焉、○

有遺於沃壤者、發而長、結實、或三十倍、或六十倍、或百倍、

我思弟西勒瓦弩、西勒瓦弩即西拉向爾曹忠心、我畧書此、託彼達爾、特欲勸爾、且證此恩、即爾所賴以得立者、乃天主之真恩也、

［天］國之福音、必遍傳於天下、為證於萬民、然後末日乃至、○

眾聞此、無辭以對、乃頌天主曰、然則天主亦賜異邦人悔改以得生命、○

由是觀之、信由聞而來、聞由天主之道而來、我則曰、彼眾豈未聞乎、聞之矣、經云、其聲徧於天下、其言至於地極、

我儕傳福音在爾中、不第以言、乃以能、以聖神、以堅確之信、爾亦知我儕於爾中為爾如何而行、

此奧今已昭著、且遵永生天主命、以先知書示諸異邦人知之、使其信服、

又謂之曰、爾曹往普天下、傳福音於萬民、

然我今日得為何如人、乃由天主之恩也、其恩非徒然賜我、我勤勞過諸使徒、此非我所能、天主之恩助我也、無論我與彼、我儕如此傳、爾曹如此信、

時將至、今是矣、真崇拜者、必以神以誠而拜父、蓋父欲人如是拜之也、

主所愛之兄弟、我儕當為爾恆謝天主、因天主自始選爾、得聖神以成聖、及信真道而得救、

聖神所結之果、乃仁與義與誠、

爾行軍之日、爾之民飾以聖裝、樂心相從、爾之壯丁多於黎明之露、

即按父天主之預知蒙選、感於聖神而成聖、以致能順服耶穌基督、且得灑以其血者、願恩寵平安、多加於爾、○當頌美我主耶穌基督之父天主、緣彼按其鴻慈、使我儕因耶穌基督由死復活得重生、有永生之望、

我言此、非我求贈、惟欲爾多結果、使爾獲益、

使爾所行盡合於主、凡事悅主之意而結果、行諸善事、於天主之知識、日有長進、

蓋爾已聞之、且因受教而信之、循耶穌之真、

於是天主之道日興而益廣、

有婦名呂底亞、乃推雅推拉邑人、售紫布為業、素敬天主者、既聽道、主啟其心、使之聆保羅所言、

我遣爾為明其目、俾棄暗就光、離撒但之權、歸於天主、使其因信我而罪得赦、於諸聖徒中獲業、

當以爾心志更換一新、

我儕同勞之人、勸爾不可徒受天主之恩、經載云、

又曰、天主之國、猶人播種於地、夜而寢、日而覺、種發且長、其人不知其所以然、蓋地自然生物、始而苗、繼而穗、後由穗成穀、其穀既熟、則用鐮刈之、因穫時已至、○

我儕已及於爾、已至爾處、傳基督之福音、則不可謂我儕過分逾量、

爾往招萬民為我門徒、因父與子與聖神之名、施之洗禮、或作施之洗禮以歸父與子與聖神之名

蓋天主普救之恩、已顯著於眾、教我儕除諸不虔及世之情慾、得以自守公義虔敬、在此世度日、

是以我儕謝天主不已、因爾聞我儕所傳天主之道、爾受之、非視之如世人之道、乃視之為天主之道、是誠天主之道、力行於爾諸信者中、

爾曹曾聞天主以爾故、賜恩託我斯職、

我既成斯事、而以此善果付彼、或作我既畢斯事而成此善果則將由爾處往司班雅、
