又願爾得主大力、實能忍耐喜樂、

又循其榮之權能、使爾凡事有大力、能恆忍寛容而喜樂、

體認天主、日新又新、仰賴天主榮耀之宏能，充以神力、俾克忍耐諸苦、顛沛造次、不改其樂；

being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,

We want you to be very strong, in keeping with his glorious power. We want you to be patient. We pray that you will never give up.

being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy;

We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy,

strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all perseverance and patience; joyously

strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy;

strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy;

I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner being through his Spirit,

I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me.

Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.

And not only that, but we also boast in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance,endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope.This hope will not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by his vast strength.

But he said to me,“ My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.So I take pleasure in weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and in difficulties, for the sake of Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

Therefore, brothers and sisters, be patient until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth and is patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains.You also must be patient. Strengthen your hearts, because the Lord’s coming is near.

Instead, as God’s ministers, we commend ourselves in everything: by great endurance, by afflictions, by hardships, by difficulties,by beatings, by imprisonments, by riots, by labors, by sleepless nights, by times of hunger,by purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love,

Then they went out from the presence of the Sanhedrin, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to be treated shamefully on behalf of the Name.

Therefore, since we also have such a large cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every hindrance and the sin that so easily ensnares us. Let us run with endurance the race that lies before us,keeping our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy that lay before him, he endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Consider it a great joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you experience various trials,because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance.And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

so that no one will be shaken by these afflictions. For you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.In fact, when we were with you, we told you in advance that we were going to experience affliction, and as you know, it happened.

You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

quenched the raging of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, gained strength in weakness, became mighty in battle, and put foreign armies to flight.Women received their dead, raised to life again. Other people were tortured, not accepting release, so that they might gain a better resurrection.Others experienced mockings and scourgings, as well as bonds and imprisonment.They were stoned, they were sawed in two, they died by the sword, they wandered about in sheepskins, in goatskins, destitute, afflicted, and mistreated.The world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and on mountains, hiding in caves and holes in the ground.

So I gaze on you in the sanctuary to see your strength and your glory.

eternal life to those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality;

If you do nothing in a difficult time, your strength is limited.

LORD, your right hand is glorious in power. LORD, your right hand shattered the enemy.

This calls for endurance from the saints, who keep God’s commands and their faith in Jesus.”

knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with godliness,

to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority before all time, now and forever. Amen.

It will be said about me,‘ Righteousness and strength are found only in the LORD.’” All who are enraged against him will come to him and be put to shame.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

For you sympathized with the prisoners and accepted with joy the confiscation of your possessions, because you know that you yourselves have a better and enduring possession.So don’t throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.For you need endurance, so that after you have done God’s will, you may receive what was promised.For yet in a very little while, the Coming One will come and not delay.But my righteous one will live by faith; and if he draws back, I have no pleasure in him.
