又依其有榮之權力、以諸能益爾能、俾於諸事久耐、恆忍、喜樂、

又願爾得主大力、實能忍耐喜樂、

又循其榮之權能、使爾凡事有大力、能恆忍寛容而喜樂、

體認天主、日新又新、仰賴天主榮耀之宏能，充以神力、俾克忍耐諸苦、顛沛造次、不改其樂；

being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,

We want you to be very strong, in keeping with his glorious power. We want you to be patient. We pray that you will never give up.

being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy;

We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy,

being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, so that you may have great endurance and patience, joyfully

that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man;

I can do all things in him that strengtheneth me.

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves;

And not only so, but we also rejoice in our tribulations: knowing that tribulation worketh stedfastness;and stedfastness, approvedness; and approvedness, hope:and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.

Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.Wherefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receive the early and latter rain.Be ye also patient; establish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

but in everything commending ourselves, as ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;in pureness, in knowledge, in longsuffering, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in love unfeigned,

They therefore departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonor for the Name.

Therefore let us also, seeing we are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,looking unto Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising shame, and hath sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into manifold temptations;knowing that the proving of your faith worketh patience.And let patience have its perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing.

that no man be moved by these afflictions; for yourselves know that hereunto we are appointed.For verily, when we were with you, we told you beforehand that we are to suffer affliction; even as it came to pass, and ye know.

Thou therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.And the things which thou hast heard from me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, waxed mighty in war, turned to flight armies of aliens.Women received their dead by a resurrection: and others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:and others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:they were stoned, they were sawn asunder, they were tempted, they were slain with the sword: they went about in sheepskins, in goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, ill- treated( of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts and mountains and caves, and the holes of the earth.

So have I looked upon thee in the sanctuary, To see thy power and thy glory.

to them that by patience in well- doing seek for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life:

If thou faint in the day of adversity, Thy strength is small.

Thy right hand, O Jehovah, is glorious in power, Thy right hand, O Jehovah, dasheth in pieces the enemy.

Here is the patience of the saints, they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

and in your knowledge self- control; and in your self- control patience; and in your patience godliness;

to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for evermore. Amen.

Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength; even to him shall men come; and all they that were incensed against him shall be put to shame.

But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

For ye both had compassion on them that were in bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your possessions, knowing that ye have for yourselves a better possession and an abiding one.Cast not away therefore your boldness, which hath great recompense of reward.For ye have need of patience, that, having done the will of God, ye may receive the promise.For yet a very little while, He that cometh shall come, and shall not tarry.But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.
