Shall the land not tremble for this, And everyone mourn who dwells in it? All of it shall swell like the River, Heave and subside Like the River of Egypt.

地岂不因这事震动？其上的居民不也悲哀吗？地必全然像尼罗河涨起，如同埃及河涌上落下。”

地岂不因这事震动？其中的居民岂不悲哀吗？全地必如尼罗河涨起，如埃及的尼罗河涌起退落。

地岂不因这事震动？其中的居民岂不悲哀吗？全地必如尼罗河涨起，如埃及的尼罗河涌起退落。

这片土地要因此而震动，那里的人都要悲哀。大地要像尼罗河一样涨起，如埃及的河流翻腾退落。”

“这地不应为此震动，所有住在地上的不应悲哀吗？这地必像尼罗河高涨翻腾，像埃及的大河退落。

地豈不因這事震動？其上的居民不也悲哀嗎？地必全然像尼羅河漲起，如同埃及河湧上落下。

地豈不因這事震動？其中的居民豈不悲哀嗎？全地必如尼羅河漲起，如埃及的尼羅河湧起退落。

地豈不因這事震動？其中的居民豈不悲哀嗎？全地必如尼羅河漲起，如埃及的尼羅河湧起退落。

地哪能不因這事而震動，而上頭的居民不悲哀呢？地哪能不全然漲起像尼羅河，而湧上又退落如埃及河呢？』

斯地豈不因此而震動、居其中者豈不悲哀乎、斯地將墳起、如大河之漲、搖撼而復下陷、如埃及之河焉、

地必震動、民必哀號、土壤墳起、忽復下陷、若埃及之河、漲而復退。

緣此事、地不當震動乎、其中居民、不當哀痛乎、全地不當墳起、如河之翻騰乎、不當攪起復又下陷、如伊及之河漲而復退乎、

“ Will not the land tremble for this, and all who live in it mourn? The whole land will rise like the Nile; it will be stirred up and then sink like the river of Egypt.

“ The land will tremble because of what will happen. Everyone who lives in it will mourn. So the whole land will rise like the Nile River. It will be stirred up. Then it will settle back down again like that river in Egypt.”

Shall not the land tremble on this account, and everyone mourn who dwells in it, and all of it rise like the Nile, and be tossed about and sink again, like the Nile of Egypt?”

The earth will tremble for your deeds, and everyone will mourn. The ground will rise like the Nile River at floodtime; it will heave up, then sink again.

Because of this, won’t the land quake and all who dwell in it mourn? All of it will rise like the Nile; it will surge and then subside like the Nile in Egypt.

Because of this will the land not quake, And everyone who lives in it mourn? Indeed, all of it will rise up like the Nile, And it will be tossed about And subside like the Nile of Egypt.

Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? yea, it shall rise up wholly like the River; and it shall be troubled and sink again, like the River of Egypt.

Because of this, won’t the land quake and all who dwell in it mourn? All of it will rise like the Nile; it will surge and then subside like the Nile in Egypt.

Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as[ by] the flood of Egypt.

Because of this the earth will quake, and all who live in it will mourn. The whole earth will rise like the River Nile, it will surge upward and then grow calm, like the Nile in Egypt.

Won’t the land tremble for this, and everyone mourn who dwells in it? Yes, it will rise up wholly like the River; and it will be stirred up and sink again, like the River of Egypt.

The Lord GOD of hosts, He who touches the earth and it melts, And all who dwell there mourn; All of it shall swell like the River, And subside like the River of Egypt.

Therefore the land will mourn; And everyone who dwells there will waste away With the beasts of the field And the birds of the air; Even the fish of the sea will be taken away.

Egypt rises up like a flood, And its waters move like the rivers; And he says,‘ I will go up and cover the earth, I will destroy the city and its inhabitants.’

Then the earth shook and trembled; The foundations of the hills also quaked and were shaken, Because He was angry.

Therefore the anger of the Lord is aroused against His people; He has stretched out His hand against them And stricken them, And the hills trembled. Their carcasses were as refuse in the midst of the streets. For all this His anger is not turned away, But His hand is stretched out still.

The mountains quake before Him, The hills melt, And the earth heaves at His presence, Yes, the world and all who dwell in it.Who can stand before His indignation? And who can endure the fierceness of His anger? His fury is poured out like fire, And the rocks are thrown down by Him.

How long will the land mourn, And the herbs of every field wither? The beasts and birds are consumed, For the wickedness of those who dwell there, Because they said,“ He will not see our final end.”

Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

The inhabitants of Samaria fear Because of the calf of Beth Aven. For its people mourn for it, And its priests shriek for it— Because its glory has departed from it.

Now therefore, behold, the Lord brings up over them The waters of the River, strong and mighty— The king of Assyria and all his glory; He will go up over all his channels And go over all his banks.He will pass through Judah, He will overflow and pass over, He will reach up to the neck; And the stretching out of his wings Will fill the breadth of Your land, O Immanuel.

For behold, the Lord is coming out of His place; He will come down And tread on the high places of the earth.The mountains will melt under Him, And the valleys will split Like wax before the fire, Like waters poured down a steep place.All this is for the transgression of Jacob And for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Are they not Jerusalem?

The sea saw it and fled; Jordan turned back.The mountains skipped like rams, The little hills like lambs.What ails you, O sea, that you fled? O Jordan, that you turned back?O mountains, that you skipped like rams? O little hills, like lambs?Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, At the presence of the God of Jacob,

“ And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself; And the people of the prince who is to come Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, And till the end of the war desolations are determined.

You have made the earth tremble; You have broken it; Heal its breaches, for it is shaking.You have shown Your people hard things; You have made us drink the wine of confusion.

“ For thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ Once more( it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land;and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts.

Before Him went pestilence, And fever followed at His feet.He stood and measured the earth; He looked and startled the nations. And the everlasting mountains were scattered, The perpetual hills bowed. His ways are everlasting.I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction; The curtains of the land of Midian trembled.O Lord, were You displeased with the rivers, Was Your anger against the rivers, Was Your wrath against the sea, That You rode on Your horses, Your chariots of salvation?

I beheld the mountains, and indeed they trembled, And all the hills moved back and forth.I beheld, and indeed there was no man, And all the birds of the heavens had fled.I beheld, and indeed the fruitful land was a wilderness, And all its cities were broken down At the presence of the Lord, By His fierce anger.

The earth is violently broken, The earth is split open, The earth is shaken exceedingly.The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, And shall totter like a hut; Its transgression shall be heavy upon it, And it will fall, and not rise again.

I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its end like a bitter day.
