When the locusts finished eating the vegetation of the land, I said,“ Lord God, please forgive! How will Jacob survive since he is so small?”

蝗虫吃尽那地的青物，我就说：“主耶和华啊，求你赦免；因为雅各微弱，他怎能站立得住呢？”

蝗虫吃尽那地青草的时候，我说：“主耶和华啊，求你赦免；因为雅各弱小，他怎能站立得住呢？”

蝗虫吃尽那地青草的时候，我说：“主耶和华啊，求你赦免；因为雅各弱小，他怎能站立得住呢？”

蝗虫吃尽地上的青苗时，我说：“主耶和华啊，求你赦免！雅各那么弱小，他怎么受得了呢？”

蝗虫吃尽地上的农产时，我说：“主耶和华啊！求你宽恕，因雅各太弱小，怎能站立得住呢？”

蝗蟲吃盡那地的青物，我就說：「主耶和華啊，求你赦免；因為雅各微弱，他怎能站立得住呢？」

蝗蟲吃盡那地青草的時候，我說：「主耶和華啊，求你赦免；因為雅各弱小，他怎能站立得住呢？」

蝗蟲吃盡那地青草的時候，我說：「主耶和華啊，求你赦免；因為雅各弱小，他怎能站立得住呢？」

蝗蟲吃盡地上的青苗時，我說：「主耶和華啊，求你赦免！雅各那麼弱小，他怎麼受得了呢？」

蝗蟲吃盡地上的農產時，我說：“主耶和華啊！求你寬恕，因雅各太弱小，怎能站立得住呢？”

當蝗蟲幾乎將要喫盡了那地底青物時，我就說：『主永恆主啊，請赦免哦！雅各怎能站立得住呢？他是這麼微小啊。』

蝗蟲食盡境內之草、我曰、主耶和華歟、求爾赦宥、雅各微小、何能卓立乎、

蝗嚙草既盡、我曰、主耶和華與、祈爾寛宥、雅各衰微、能久存乎。

蝗既食盡國中之草、我曰、求主天主赦宥、雅各已衰微、焉能得立、

When they had stripped the land clean, I cried out,“ Sovereign Lord, forgive! How can Jacob survive? He is so small!”

The locusts stripped the land clean. Then I cried out,“ Lord and King, forgive Israel! How can Jacob’s people continue? They are such a weak nation!”

When they had finished eating the grass of the land, I said,“ O Lord God, please forgive! How can Jacob stand? He is so small!”

In my vision the locusts ate every green plant in sight. Then I said,“ O Sovereign Lord, please forgive us or we will not survive, for Israel is so small.”

When the locusts finished eating the vegetation of the land, I said,“ Lord GOD, please forgive! How will Jacob survive since he is so small?”

And it came about, when it had finished eating the vegetation of the land, that I said,“ Lord God, please pardon! How can Jacob stand? For he is small.”

And so it was, when they had finished eating the grass of the land, that I said:“ O Lord GOD, forgive, I pray! Oh, that Jacob may stand, For he is small!”

And it came to pass that, when they made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, O Lord Jehovah, forgive, I beseech thee: how shall Jacob stand? for he is small.

And it came to pass,[ that] when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, O Lord GOD, forgive, I beseech thee: by whom shall Jacob arise? for he[ is] small.

When they had completely consumed the earth’s vegetation, I said,“ Sovereign LORD, forgive Israel! How can Jacob survive? He is too weak!”

When they finished eating the grass of the land, then I said,“ Lord Yahweh, forgive, I beg you! How could Jacob stand? For he is small.”

Now while I was prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. Then I fell facedown and cried out with a loud voice:“ Oh, Lord God! Will You bring to an end the remnant of Israel?”

Perhaps Yahweh your God will hear all the words of the Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria sent to mock the living God, and will rebuke him for the words that Yahweh your God has heard. Therefore offer a prayer for the surviving remnant.’”

Though our guilt testifies against us, Yahweh, act for Your name’s sake. Indeed, our rebellions are many; we have sinned against You.

While they were killing, I was left alone. And I fell facedown and cried out,“ Oh, Lord God! Are You going to destroy the entire remnant of Israel when You pour out Your wrath on Jerusalem?”

We acknowledge our wickedness, Lord, the guilt of our fathers; indeed, we have sinned against You.Because of Your name, don’t despise us. Don’t disdain Your glorious throne. Remember Your covenant with us; do not break it.

They covered the surface of the whole land so that the land was black, and they consumed all the plants on the ground and all the fruit on the trees that the hail had left. Nothing green was left on the trees or the plants in the field throughout the land of Egypt.

Jeremiah the prophet and said,“ May our petition come before you; pray to the Lord your God on our behalf, on behalf of this entire remnant( for few of us remain out of the many, as you can see with your own eyes),

Then he said,“ My Lord, if I have indeed found favor in Your sight, my Lord, please go with us. Even though this is a stiff-necked people, forgive our wrongdoing and sin, and accept us as Your own possession.”

Then I said,“ Lord God, please stop! How will Jacob survive since he is so small?”

“ So now, may my Lord’s power be magnified just as You have spoken:The Lord is slow to anger and rich in faithful love, forgiving wrongdoing and rebellion. But He will not leave the guilty unpunished, bringing the consequences of the fathers’ wrongdoing on the children to the third and fourth generation.Please pardon the wrongdoing of this people, in keeping with the greatness of Your faithful love, just as You have forgiven them from Egypt until now.”

The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will restore him to health; if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect.

Help, Lord, for no faithful one remains; the loyal have disappeared from the human race.

For who scorns the day of small things? These seven eyes of the Lord, which scan throughout the whole earth, will rejoice when they see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”

They were told not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green plant, or any tree, but only people who do not have God’s seal on their foreheads.

These two things have happened to you: devastation and destruction, famine and sword. Who will grieve for you? How can I comfort you?

Lord, hear! Lord, forgive! Lord, listen and act! My God, for Your own sake, do not delay, because Your city and Your people are called by Your name.

But Moses interceded with the Lord his God:“ Lord, why does Your anger burn against Your people You brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and a strong hand?Why should the Egyptians say,‘ He brought them out with an evil intent to kill them in the mountains and wipe them off the face of the earth’? Turn from Your great anger and relent concerning this disaster planned for Your people.

Why do You hide Yourself and forget our affliction and oppression?For we have sunk down to the dust; our bodies cling to the ground.Rise up! Help us! Redeem us because of Your faithful love.
