Thus the Lord Yahweh showed me: and behold, he formed locusts in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and behold, it was the latter growth after the king’s harvest.

主耶和华指示我一件事：为王割菜之后，菜又发生；刚发生的时候，主造蝗虫。

主耶和华指示我一件事，在春天作物刚长出时，看哪，主造了蝗虫；看哪，这是王收割后长出的春天作物。

主耶和華示我一事、為王刈草之後、草復萌蘖、是時彼造蝗蟲、

民間蒭蕘、為王所刈、後復萌糵、斯時也、主耶和華以一事示予、草甫萌芽、而蝗蟲生、主使之然、

主天主以一事示我於異象中、人為王刈草之後、草又萌芽、草始萌芽、主使蝗至、

This is what the Sovereign Lord showed me: He was preparing swarms of locusts after the king’s share had been harvested and just as the late crops were coming up.

The Lord and King gave me a vision. He was bringing large numbers of locusts on the land. The king’s share had already been harvested. Now the later crops were coming up.

This is what the Lord God showed me: behold, he was forming locusts when the latter growth was just beginning to sprout, and behold, it was the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

The Sovereign Lord showed me a vision. I saw him preparing to send a vast swarm of locusts over the land. This was after the king’s share had been harvested from the fields and as the main crop was coming up.

The Lord GOD showed me this: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the time the spring crop first began to sprout— after the cutting of the king’s hay.

This is what the Lord God showed me, and behold, He was forming a swarm of locusts when the spring crop began to sprout. And behold, the spring crop was after the king’s mowing.

Thus the Lord GOD showed me: Behold, He formed locust swarms at the beginning of the late crop; indeed it was the late crop after the king’s mowings.

Thus the Lord Jehovah showed me: and, behold, he formed locusts in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and, lo, it was the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

The Lord God showed me this: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the time the spring crop first began to sprout— after the cutting of the king’s hay.

Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me; and, behold, he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth; and, lo,[ it was] the latter growth after the king’s mowings.

The sovereign LORD showed me this: I saw him making locusts just as the crops planted late were beginning to sprout.( The crops planted late sprout after the royal harvest.)

What the swarming locust has left, the great locust has eaten. What the great locust has left, the grasshopper has eaten. What the grasshopper has left, the caterpillar has eaten.

Thus the Lord Yahweh showed me: behold, a basket of summer fruit.

“ I struck you with blight and mildew many times in your gardens and your vineyards; and the swarming locusts have devoured your fig trees and your olive trees; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says Yahweh.

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,“ Jeremiah, what do you see?” I said,“ I see a branch of an almond tree.”Then Yahweh said to me,“ You have seen well; for I watch over my word to perform it.”Yahweh’s word came to me the second time, saying,“ What do you see?” I said,“ I see a boiling cauldron; and it is tipping away from the north.”Then Yahweh said to me,“ Out of the north, evil will break out on all the inhabitants of the land.For, behold, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north,” says Yahweh.“ They will come, and they will each set his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all its walls all around, and against all the cities of Judah.I will utter my judgments against them concerning all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken me, and have burned incense to other gods, and worshiped the works of their own hands.

Yahweh showed me, and behold, two baskets of figs were set before Yahweh’s temple, after Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the craftsmen and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.

There the fire will devour you. The sword will cut you off. It will devour you like the grasshopper. Multiply like grasshoppers. Multiply like the locust.You have increased your merchants more than the stars of the skies. The grasshopper strips, and flees away.Your guards are like the locusts, and your officials like the swarms of locusts, which settle on the walls on a cold day, but when the sun appears, they flee away, and their place is not known where they are.

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up on the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail has left.”Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and Yahweh brought an east wind on the land all that day, and all night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.The locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the borders of Egypt. They were very grievous. Before them there were no such locusts as they, nor will there ever be again.For they covered the surface of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened, and they ate every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left. There remained nothing green, either tree or herb of the field, through all the land of Egypt.Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste, and he said,“ I have sinned against Yahweh your God, and against you.

Yahweh showed me four craftsmen.

Your plunder will be gathered as the caterpillar gathers. Men will leap on it as locusts leap.

I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you.

Thus the Lord Yahweh showed me and behold, the Lord Yahweh called for judgment by fire; and it dried up the great deep, and would have devoured the land.

Then I spoke to the captives all the things that Yahweh had shown me.

Thus he showed me and behold, the Lord stood beside a wall made by a plumb line, with a plumb line in his hand.
