“我在收割前三个月停止降雨。我在一座城降雨，在另一座城不降雨；我使一块田有雨水的滋润，另一块田因无雨而干裂。

“在收割的前三月，我使雨停止，不降在你们那里；我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块地无雨；无雨的就枯干了。

“在收割的前三个月，我不降雨在你们那里，我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块无雨的地就必枯干。

“在收割的前三个月，我不降雨在你们那里，我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块无雨的地就必枯干。

穫前三月、我禁厥雨、惟雨此邑、不雨彼邑、一田得雨、他田無雨、則枯槁焉、

耶和華又曰、秋前三月、我不降雨、惟雨一邑、他邑不雨、惟潤一田、他田不潤、遂致荒蕪、

穡前三月、我禁止雨降、降雨於一邑、不降雨於他邑、一田得雨、他田不得雨、遂致乾旱、

“ I also withheld rain from you when the harvest was still three months away. I sent rain on one town, but withheld it from another. One field had rain; another had none and dried up.

“ I also held back rain from you. The time to harvest crops was still three months away. I sent rain on one town. But I held it back from another. One field had rain. But another had no rain and dried up.

“ I also withheld the rain from you when there were yet three months to the harvest; I would send rain on one city, and send no rain on another city; one field would have rain, and the field on which it did not rain would wither;

“ I kept the rain from falling when your crops needed it the most. I sent rain on one town but withheld it from another. Rain fell on one field, while another field withered away.

I also withheld the rain from you while there were still three months until harvest. I sent rain on one city but no rain on another. One field received rain while a field with no rain withered.

“ Furthermore, I withheld the rain from you While there were still three months until harvest. Then I would send rain on one city, But on another city I would not send rain; One part would be rained on, While the part not rained on would dry up.

“ I also withheld rain from you, When there were still three months to the harvest. I made it rain on one city, I withheld rain from another city. One part was rained upon, And where it did not rain the part withered.

And I also have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.

因此，秋雨不降，春雨不来。你却仍然不知羞耻，一副娼妓的嘴脸。

只有以色列人所住的歌珊没有冰雹。

我不再修剪，不再锄地，也不再降雨，任由它荒废，长满荆棘和蒺藜。”

以利亚先知和我们一样同是血肉之躯，他恳切地祈求不要下雨，结果三年半没有下雨。

埃及人彼此看不见，谁也不敢移动半步。可是，以色列人住的地方却有光。

但我要把埃及和以色列的牲畜分开，以色列人的牲畜必丝毫无损。’”

天不下雨，土地干裂，农夫沮丧地抱着头。

“如果你们仍然不肯听从我，继续与我作对，我也要与你们作对，向你们发烈怒，把比先前严厉七倍的惩罚加在你们身上。

求你给个凭据。我把一团羊毛放在麦场上，若明天早晨只是羊毛上有露水，地面却是干的，我就知道，如你所言，你要用我去拯救以色列人。”果然如此，基甸一早醒来，从羊毛中挤出满满一碗露水。基甸又对上帝说：“求你不要发怒，容许我再试一次，这次让羊毛是干的，地面有露水。”那天晚上，耶和华就照他所求使地面布满露水，唯独羊毛是干的。

“当你的子民得罪你，你惩罚他们，叫天不降雨时，如果他们向着这殿祷告，承认你的名，并离开罪恶，求你在天上垂听，赦免你仆人——你以色列子民的罪，教导他们走正道，降下甘霖滋润你赐给你子民作产业的土地。

所以，天不降雨露，地无出产。我让旱灾临到大地、群山、五谷、葡萄、橄榄等地里的出产以及人畜，使你们一切的劳碌付诸东流。’”

否则，耶和华必向你们发怒，使天不下雨、地无出产，以致你们在祂赐给你们的佳美之地上迅速灭亡。

“如果你们还是与我作对，我也要与你们作对，用比先前严重七倍的灾难击打你们。

地上万族中若有人不上耶路撒冷敬拜大君王——万军之耶和华，他们必没有雨水。

田园荒废，遍地凄凉，五谷尽毁，再也没有新酒和油了。农夫啊，你们要忧伤！照料葡萄园的人啊，你们要哀号！因为田间的大麦和小麦全毁了。葡萄树枯死，无花果树凋残，石榴树、棕树、苹果树等田野的一切树木枯干。人间的欢乐消逝了。祭司啊，穿着丧服痛哭吧；在祭坛前事奉的人啊，要哀号；我上帝的仆人啊，要披上麻衣过夜；因为再无素祭和奠祭献到你们上帝的殿中了。你们要定一个禁食的日子，举行庄严的聚会，召集全国的长老和人民，到你们的上帝耶和华的殿中，向耶和华呼求。太可怕了！耶和华的日子近了，那是全能者施行毁灭的日子。我们的粮食断绝了，我们上帝殿中的欢乐消失了。种子在土里腐烂，五谷干死，仓库荒废，谷仓被拆毁。牲畜哀鸣，牛群因找不到草场而四处乱窜，羊群也受苦。

若我使天不下雨，使蝗虫吞吃地上的出产，或叫瘟疫在我民中流行，而这些被称为我名下的子民若谦卑下来，祈祷、寻求我的面，离开恶道，我必从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，医治他们的土地。

他们拥有权能，在传道期间可以关闭天空使雨不降在地上，又有权使水变成血，并随时用各样的灾祸击打世界。

在列国供奉的偶像中，谁能赐下雨水呢？天能自降甘霖吗？我们的上帝耶和华啊，难道不是只有你能行这些事吗？是你赐雨水降甘霖，所以我们仰望你。

锡安的人民啊，你们应当欢喜快乐，从你们的上帝耶和华那里得到喜乐。因为祂按时降下甘霖，像从前一样赐给你们秋雨、春雨。

“祂要使你们头顶的天如铜，脚下的地如铁。“祂要使雨水变为尘土，降在你们身上，直到你们灭亡。

你们心中从未说，我们要敬畏我们的上帝耶和华，祂按时降下秋雨和春雨，让我们按时收割。你们的罪过使你们不再风调雨顺，你们的罪恶使你们失去祝福。’

“如果你们受过这些惩罚，仍然不知悔改，我要把比先前严厉七倍的惩罚加在你们身上。我要重挫你们的傲气，使你们头上的天如铁，脚下的地如铜。你们劳作也是徒然，因为你们的土地必不长庄稼，果树也不结果实。“如果你们仍然与我作对，不肯听从我，我要把比先前严重七倍的灾难降在你们身上。

你们不是说还有四个月才到收割的时候吗？举目向田观看吧，庄稼已经熟了，可以收割了。

但那天，我子民居住的歌珊却丝毫不会受搅扰，这样你就知道我耶和华主宰天下。

谁使你与众不同呢？你有哪一样不是领受的呢？既然一切都是领受的，你为什么还自夸，好像不是领受的？
