“ On the day I punish Israel for her sins, I will destroy the altars of Bethel; the horns of the altar will be cut off and fall to the ground.

昔尼八子耶羅破暗、陷以色列族於罪戾、在伯特利立崇坵、築祭壇、約西亞毀其祭壇、廢其崇坵、焚其偶像、擣之成粉。

撒馬利亞人在伯亞文、奉事犢像、彩色剝落、祭司戰慄、庶民殷憂、犢像必遷於亞述、獻於敵王、以法蓮必受凌辱、以色列思昔所謀、含羞抱愧、撒馬利亞王將遭殲滅、若片木浮於水上、亞文有崇坵、以色列族陟之、以犯罪愆、故斯邱必荒蕪、荊棘叢生於祭壇、崇事之人、將對山曰壓余、對陵曰掩余。

爾民必叛、毀爾城邑、昔殺慢與伯亞比勒戰、毀其城垣、使母與嬰孩、相捽而死、爾城見毀、亦若是。爾在伯特利、多行不義、主必使爾敗北、以色列王忽致殞亡。

在馬拿西、以法蓮、西面諸邑、延及納大利毀諸淫祠。於是以色列全地、毀祭壇、伐林木、擣偶像成粉、乃歸耶路撒冷。

毋求伯特利毋往吉甲、毋至別是巴、蓋吉甲人必見遷移、伯特利必歸烏有、惟求我耶和華則可得生、否、我必涖臨約瑟家、如火炎炎、焚燬四境、凡在伯特利者、不得撲滅、

我使必行於爾前、爾往導民至我所言之處、迨降罰日、我必罰之、

祀事既畢、以色列眾往猶大、便雅憫、以法蓮、馬拿西諸邑、毀偶像、伐林木、廢崇坵、拆祭壇、滅之務盡、然後歸。

故我必毀撒馬利亞、其瓦礫堆砌田間、無異葡萄園、我必擲石於谷、使其址基畢露、所造之偶必見毀、所鑄之像必見遷、所贈之物必焚毀、被獲珍寶、若娼得人之投贈、故後必為娼所得。

指壇而呼曰、嗟乎此壇、耶和華有命云、大闢之家必挺生一子、名約西亞、取崇邱之祭司、焚香於是壇者、獻於壇上、亦取死者之骨、焚於此壇。上帝之僕預言異跡曰、此壇必裂、其灰盡傾、是耶和華所預言之異跡。耶羅破暗王、聞上帝之僕、叱咤伯特利之壇、則伸其手曰、當執之、所伸之手、即枯不能縮。壇亦裂、灰亦傾、應上帝僕循耶和華命、所預言之異跡。

主立於壇側、我觀之、聞其詞曰、擊柱頂、震門橛、俱當損毀、壓於眾首、眾之子孫、我必加誅戮、逃匿者無人、得免者無人、
